I already asked him. Turns out that Sisen is now RPG forum staff, so he isn't allowed to submit anything. Spink also isn't willing to carry it on. We should all ask him if any of us could staff it.

Sorry, but no. When the Contest first started I noted how well BZProvince would fit the theme but it just isn’t possible for me to bring it back. If I were to give permission for someone to bring it back, it would have to be to one of the people who helped work on the RPG itself. The rules of the contest prevent me from participating in the contest or helping work on any RPG for the contest. BZProvince won’t be seeing the light of day anytime soon, but that’s not to say it won’t show up again in the future.

 

I’m sorry but I just can’t give anyone permission to bring it back.

I think a lot of people here will want his head on a platter if that's so Actually, he said that Justin Bieber sucked. I felt that he was taking his thoughts a bit overboard, since he claims that his singing is better than JB's, and I know from experience that Zen's voice is way worse.
