Well, I don't entirely agree with this. NCIS is tied with Burn Notice for my favorite show.

It's not terrible, it just gets way too much attention. The acting is on par with most TV shows, but the actors themselves aren't that enjoyable to watch. Plus, I really despise the color filter they use.

The actors are boring? There isn't an NCIS member that I don't like!!!
