@Ebba: Either way would work. Although having normal people in RZ and noobs in Chimoru could work, normal in Six-Shade Chimoru and noobs in Two-Shade with two shades in completely different colors could work as well.

Also, a good tip to make the noobs noobier is to have the two shades of regular Chimoru be two completely different colors. (Sorry for bursting in, just giving my two cents.)
