  1. My rarest collectible would probably be the 2001 Toys R Us BIONICLE fold-out Kanohi case with only one proper mask for the collection, a dark gray Matatu. I have no idea how my mom managed to obtain such an item, but I got it as a gift from her, though it came late or something.
  2. Some Voya Nui Matoran (Balta, Garan, Piruk, and Kazi) and Vahki Nuurakh in Christmas 2005. Not sure how that Vahki managed to stay on the shelves.
  3. 10 years now? I still need to get the first two movies. I have the last two. And you some of you guys got into BIONICLE when you were four? I was four when it first came out, and my mom remembers seeing them in stores, but never got any until Christmas 2005, when she got some Voya Matoran and a Vahki. I am jealous of you folks.
  4. The only version of Heroes I own myself is the DS version, played through it at least three times, but I've tried the PC version, and I'm looking to get my hands on that and maybe the Wii and Xbox 360 versions for the fun of it as well.
  5. When I saw the title, I instantly thought the Legend of Mata Nui game many of us lost hope of playing long ago. Never expected an unannounced sequel to the Mask of Light game! Looks cool, impressive graphics even for a tech demo of a 2004 game.
  6. Everything looks great here!Does anybody think that with cutting out the background of that Ignika revamp's photo and replacing it with something else (plain black could work IMO), it could make a sick wallpaper?
  7. I'm not very impressed either. It's kind of refreshing being able to use any color with any part, but the zoomy transitions from focusing on one part to the whole figure are too slow and just making a single hero takes way too long with the zooms. It's also annoying how hard it is to place armor on the figure's arms, because it decides to switch poses and make it even harder for placing armor on the other arm. I'm also not a really big fan of how you can't place a hero head (You can only have XPlode and Toxic Reapa's head) on the Toxic Reapa build, plus the misleading icon for that build. Strangely, they put all my Hero Recon Team heroes into the gallery for the 3D builder, but they really have no use, since you cant edit them in the new builder. Seems like there's no new name choices, but why have name choices either? All the gallery creations of other themes let you type your own name! :PThere's so much more I can talk about, but that I could save for a later date. Overall, definately not impressive, as cool as it looks.
  8. Huh, I'd be able to fall into the rather arbitrary age limit, but it doesn't sound believeable that a 6-foot man with a bit of a beard and 'stache growing could possibly be 14, plus there's no stores near me anyways, there are some in my state, just on the opposite side of it though. >_< It'd be fun to participate though, and snatch a free extra Hero as well.
  9. I just played through a bunch of Super Mario Land 2, it's probably the best Mario game ever. Before that, I played Legend of Grimrock and the original Deus Ex.
  10. Oh, hello thread! Don't mind if I post here!My friend who's insane for such an anime got me into this, and it's probably one of my favorite animes now.Rei is certainly my favorite Child, just because of many strange reasons.I really gotta get the Rebuild movies, I've got a less-than-Perfect box-set here on my desk, probably won't bother getting the Platinum collection, and the Unit 01 and Zeruel (Zeruel's the angel the OP's talking about) fight in Rebuild made me INSTANTLY want to buy them, but I hadn't the cash to get them though.
  11. Well, it was just last week when I bought a custom hero of mine, I've rarely gotten any Hero Factory sets recently, just Toxic Reapa and from longer ago, maybe the beginning of 2011 when I got Nex and Evo. My mom thought that I wasn't even into Hero Factory any more, which is probably a contributing factor to why my collection is so weird, with a good amount of 1.0's, very few 2.0's, no 3.0's and only Toxic Reapa in the Breakout line. I wanted to get my custom hero out of the way first before Hero Recon stops taking orders, but next time I get money, I might consider it on Breakout Rocka and Black Phantom, at the very least.
  12. The 2011 cores are probably better to me, because I'm not a huge fan of transparent parts (but if it's at least on a solid-colored piece, it's OK) but I don't like the 3.0. cores because they're just so bland and all white, nothing interesting going on with them.
  13. Probably the worst wave so far, in my opinion.Nex is just weak. The helmet looks strange, and the white torso armor piece just makes it look awful. Why not orange with some white on it?Stringer, as good as the combination of black and blue looks, is just not Stringer.Bulk looks like someone just took Stringer's helmet off and put on a Bulk 1.0. on him instead, and also gave him two silver bits of armor for no reason but to make him look worse.XT-4 looks a little interesting, but there's just too little armor on him.Core Hunter looks nice indeed, but likely I wouldn't get him.Voltix... What is up with that color scheme!? The red-purple-black color scheme looks decent and was quite a dare to use, but then there's all these weapons that have even crazier colors.Speeda Demon, hate that name, but he looks awesome, quite a daring color scheme, and it looks great. I don't quite understand the hands holding those giant golden swords, but it's not a problem for me.Stormer looks pretty impressive, even though I think I'm the only one that likes how he looks.Breez, Stormer, and Speeda Demon are the only three I'm getting this time around.
  14. I posted there, but nobody seemed to pay attention to it.It suprisingly works now though, in the middle of typing this post.. Crossing my fingers that it will stay that way, because I've been deprived of my digital building since the 17th of January. Lock this thread, whatever moderator's listening please.
  15. I really need help with getting LDD to run, I've had problems with it since the 4.2 update, and I want to get to building again. It installed perfectly fine, of all the countless times I've tried reinstalling, but when I try to launch it, the program totally freezes when it attempts to install bricks. I tested this with previous versions, and apparently the problem is just irregardless of the program's version now.Can somebody help with this? I've tried to do a ton of different things, and nothing works. My patience has been tested long enough with this update, and I guess it's best if I get help with this here.
