IC: Tellus
Tellus didn't react well to being growled at by someone who had no right to accuse him. Gunner, after all, had been tasked with keeping an eye on Mimira as well.
"I'd advise ye, mate, ta take a moment ta think before accusin' someone of somethin' yer guilty of as well. Tell me, what were ye doin' when she snuck off, huh? Drinkin'? Sleepin'?"
-
IC: Tellus
Tellus shook his head. Distractedly, he took off his tricorne hat. "Verak an' I were just talkin' about goin' off ta try and find 'er. I imagine she got bored an' took off after the others." He sighed.
"O' course, I doubt the Cap'n'll be very happy 'bout us not keepin' a closer eye on 'er."
-
IC: TellusThere was an odd, completely pointless silence for a few moments, before Tellus broke it with a question. "So... uh... are we goin'?"
-
IC: Tellus Tellus grinned. "An' I thought we wouldn't be doin' anythin' interestin' today!"
-
IC: Tellus"I wasn't around when they dropped by 'ere last time. Gunner's 'ere on the ship.... should we both go?" As much fun as sitting around on the ship sounded, finding Mimira was a larger priority.
-
IC: TellusTellus had fallen asleep aboard the Infernavika. After a short amount of time, he woke up, yawned, looked around, and then jumped. Where had Mimira gone? Uh-oh."Mimira? MIMIRA?" Where did she go?"Oi! Verak! 'Ave ye seen the little 'un?"
-
IC: Tellus"Oh, it could be worse. The Cap'n's gone, the kid's asleep, and there's rum aplenty!" He grinned halfheartedly, then sat down with a sigh. "In other words, yeah, we're gonna be bored."
-
IC: TellusTellus raised his eyebrow at Lasinia's rather threatening request. "If it matters so much to ye, sure." He turned to Gunner and lowered his voice. "Ah.... where is the liddle un, again?"
-
IC: TellusTellus had raised his eyebrows at Lohkar's decision to take the newcomer with on the shore party, but didn't comment. Instead, he stood up and followed Gunner. "Looks like it'll be you an' me keepin' an eye on the ship, mate."
-
IC: Tellus"Four, Cap'n. As ye no doubt recall, I was back on Xa-Koro, keepin' the Black Spot from goin' broke." Tellus grinned.
-
IC: Tellus"An' why, Cap'n, would we walk inta a Koro where we're wanted, especially when we're away from the ship?" Glumly, he flipped over his cards to reveal a two of clubs, a queen of diamonds, and a king of hearts.
-
IC: TellusTellus groaned, putting down his cards. From his reaction, it was pretty obvious that he wouldn't be winning the current round.
-
IC: TellusTellus took his cards. "Hit me."He turned to Lohkar. "Sounds like a plan, Cap'n! Can't say I much care fore the desert, but it'll be good ta get out of Xa-Koro."
-
IC: Tellus"Deal me in!" The Toa joined the group of card players. "So, Cap'n, where are we bound for?"
-
IC: TellusClimbing down to take part in the game, the Toa shook his head as he watched the drunken Mimira. "Rum may be a wonderful thing ta 'ave, but 'tis sad ta see one so young under its influence!"
-
IC: TellusTellus watched Gunner's rather moody departure with raised eyebrows, before climbing into the rigging and wincing. "Don't tell me 'e still 'as the bloody ukelele!"OOC: =P

IC: Tellus"'Ard ta cut a net when yore wrapped in it an' sinkin'. 'Ard to swim, too. An', if ye can catch up ta a ship designed for speed under full sail, 'elped along by a Toa o' Wind, then yore a very, very good swimmer," the Toa of Plantlife replied. He sighed. "Can we just chuck 'er over an' go? I'm tired o' Xa-Koro."
-
IC: Tellus"It is when yore in a net. Besides, by the time ye came back up, we'd be under full sail out o' here," the pirate replied.
-
IC: Tellus"I would say ye ain't cute, Yasurek, but I doubt that'd make ye feel better. Shall we just throw 'er over an' be done with it?"
-
IC: TellusTellus had been watching in an odd silence. Truth be told, all the talk of rum had reminded him of his time off of the Infernivika, and he had been somewhat lost in thought."Huh? Oh, I say throw 'er over the side. Least amount o' trouble that way." He wasn't even going to try and delve into the conversation about Yasurek being a girl.
-
IC: TellusTellus, who had gone below decks after the conversation about Raknar had abruptly halted, paused as he saw Yasurek removing spears from the stairway in front of him. "Ye know.... I'm not sure I want ta ask."
-
IC: Tellus"Oh, ye mean the pirate option! Aye, that 'un's a good 'un." Hearing Raknar, he lowered his voice."If we're goin' ta take option F, I'd recommend waitin' until 'e's gone an' picked up the supplies first. Does 'e 'ave any crewmen, I wonder?"
-
IC: Tellus"Navigational aids? .... I suppose it's possible." Raising an eyebrow, he added, "Option F? What's that?"
-
IC: Tellus"Aye, there's little doubt about that. Why would 'e go an' put minin' tablets on 'er, of all things?" Tellus shook his head. "Did ye hear that we've got a monkey named after 'im now?" Hearing Lohkar, Tellus grinned. "I suppose that we should find out what 'e wants?"

IC: Tellus
Tellus couldn't help but grin, relieved. Now that Gunner had calmed down, he didn't have to worry about getting in a fight.
He wasn't sure he'd win if there was one.
"Ye 'ave a point," the Toa reluctantly admitted. "A little girl did manage ta sneak past us. I'll go with. I am partly ta blame, after all."
