Personality= Riko is a bright and cheerful girl, and sometimes a bit headstrong. Although she may come across as ‘ditzy’ to some, she’s quite intelligent, if a bit inexperienced. Having the body of a sixteen-year-old is the source of some confusion for her, but she does her best to not let it be too much of a burden.
As you can see, I’ve still got a lot left to do. :

Appearance= Like all Outbreaker children, Riko looks quite a bit older than she really is. While she’s really thirteen, she has the appearance of a girl in her mid teens. She has very light brown skin with a faint sprinkling of freckles across her face, and wide, almond-shaped brown eyes. Her hair is long and black, with a slightly coarse texture.

Well, in Outbreak II, Catlin was mentally 38. It's been 27 years since, so... about 65. O_O
I don't know how old Thomas is though, so you'll have to do the math for yourself.

I'm leaning towards girl, somewhere between 13-16 years old. I honestly haven't got much more than that at this point.

Why not? You can have one, and I can have one, and we can do a few NPCs if we want to, too. Oh, but you've already got Takada, and I think the limit’s two. But then, Eva's got an explosion of charries, so I'll talk to Alex about it.

Well, Alex says it takes place in 2035. Meaning it's been... 27 years. So Cat 'n' Tom are probably married, and could have kids now. They'd prol'y be in their twenties or teens...
