IC: Terra sat on in the passenger seat of of one of the troop hogs in the parade waving to the people on the street's he had wanted to ride one of the falcons but they were full. he continued waving to the people paying no attention to his surroundings.

False.The only way to attain blue flames was during the launch of the Bungie app. If you do not have them, there is no way to get the blue flames.Ok thanks that might be why i've seen an increase in the on matchmaking.

OOC: there's 3 Spartan's that I've seen/read so far.IC: Terra stood motionless in the hangar as the people milled into the large hangar waiting to get planet side he was slightly surprised by the sheer volume of people waiting to leave the hangar "like Grunts to the slaughter" he said in the sound proof confines of his helmet.

I've heard you can get the blue flames by beating a bungie employee in 1V1 where is 1V1 on the matchmaking lists and also anyone on here play racing maps?i to get annoyed at mongoose passengers who muck up on reach especially after I've got them there unharmed

OOC: Its no joke.IC: Terra walked into the hangar fully equipped for the for any event in the future including a shoulder slung bandoleer full of explosive charges and shells for his shotgun. Coupled with the fact he had both the Rocket launcher and the shotgun clamped to his armor this image removed the impression of peaceful. "Are we going by pelican or something with a bit of fire power?" Terra said gesturing to the Sparrow hawks at the other side of the hangar.

OOC: Terra is a sergeantIC: "That we had an actual job on this rock " he replied towards Cassandra with an dull tone followed by a small laugh. He walked towards the door and pivoted back "You should get a new helmet you could be sniped from the other side of the planet with that thing on". Terra walked to the door and waited for Cassandra "shall we see what where here for?"

IC: (Terra S48) As the mist cleared from the Cryo tube Terra stepped out exhaling icy breath. He was in full armor apart from his helmet which he'd been forced to take of due to the bulk of it making it uncomfortable. Walking into the locker room he unlocked the locker placing the EOD firmly on his head the HUD flickered up showing his surroundings and identifying his physical state as more or less good with mild symptoms of freezer burn "it's good to be back" he though to himself. Flexing his fingers to regain the feeling in them the he slowly walked towards Commander Vale to receive orders.
