  1. Moat of my friends are aware of my love for LEGO, and some o the closer ones know that it includes Bionicle. I would say that none of them know I'm on BZPower. I may have mentioned it a couple times, but they most likely did not know or care what it is about.

  2. The Barraki were the only canister line to pull off the whole "We're not just color swaps of each other" thing. I also liked the way each was based off of a differant sea creature. And let's face it, Takadox's full-body glow beats out Piraka teeth any day.

  3. I have both the Metru blue Ruru and Lewa Phantoka's mask, as well as a Kaukau. You said you have some stuff to trade. I'm looking for most of the ice canister sets from 2005 or earlier, as well as Turaga Nuju.

  4. That is a great find. But, I'm sorry to say, that is not the best deal ever. A couple years ago a bought 46 sets for a little over $50+shipping. Also included were a lot of collectables including some rare ones like poisoned Hau, orange and gold Vahis, shadow kraata, and disks of time. However all of them were opened, most missing boxes, a few were missing instructions, an one(boxor) was incomplete. Still, we both got great deals.

  5. I don't beleive BZPower is dying. It isn't anywhere near dying. It's easily more active than other single-theme LEGO forums. And as several others have pointed out, there are plenty of new members coming in. I've also heard a lot people say they've seen their post counts rise at a faster rate after the down time. I would say that holds true for me at least

  6. Let's see-Garmadon's dark fortress-Ice Dragon Attack-Skeleton Bowling-Skeleton Chopper-Lightning Dragon Battle-Venomari ShrineI was mostly buying to bulild my undead army, but there are a few 2012 sets that intrest me, namely the Fangpyre truck and dragon battle. I'm planning to get the Epic dragon Battle at BrickFair, and I'll hopefully pick the truck up sometime before then.

  7. This is an unsettling trend that has been occuring more and more recently. Someone buys a set , takes out the minifigs/other valueable parts, and returns it. It's especially common with Star Wars sets. There was one instance where this happened to me. I got a Dwarfs' Mine back when they came out. It was missing bag five. Unfortunetly, I did not build the set, rather useing it for parts, so I didn't realize it was gone until it was far to late to do any thing about it.
