  1. OOC: Yghari from Le-Wahi.IC Yghari - Ta-Koro Hospital - Seeing what the commotion is:Yghari had been minding his own business, strolling through the streets of Ta-Koro, when suddenly, a fight of sorts (or rather, sounds of battle) broke out in a nearby hospital. He drew his sword, and ran towards the building, entering it, and lookign around for any signs of battle. He needed to figure out who was fighting, along with who the good guys were... he guessed it wouldn't take long, since the whole hospital seemed to be a battle ground of sorts.-Yghari

  2. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Talking:Ghlist stared at the Suva, and then in turn the mask that floated above it... "Where's the Staff of Magnus when you need it...?" he said to himself, referencing a game that didn't even exist in his world. He didn't want to try to tamper with it using his own abilities... who knew what could happen, for all they knew the thing could lash out, and steal their very souls from them. Ghlist just hoped that didn't happen.-Ghlist

  3. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Talking:Ghlist looked at the dead spider, sizing it up, "I'm sure we could have killed this thing if it came to it," he said, walking further into the room. As he did, he barely noticed the tripwire he walked into, and if he hadn't been walking up to the spider to investigate it (crouching to get a closer look at the beast), a large wooden log would have knocked his head clean off.Of course, he noticed the log as it swung slowly back and forth, losing its momentum over time, just sitting there, hanging above Ghlist's head. He stood up, and took a look at the log, walking back to see the bloodied end of the log. "Yes... we should be grateful others died to give us a path," he said, walking further into the chamber the three had stumbled upon.-Ghlist

  4. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Talking:Ghlist lowered his hands, shrugging as he stepped onto the stairs, making sure to step where the traps wouldn't spring, slowly making his way down the stairs. Just to be safe, though, he sent a wave of pressure down the stairs, and thankfully nothing sprung itself, allowing Ghlist and the others to walk freely down the stairs. -Ghlist

  5. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Talking:"Simple. Most of these traps are triggered by some amount of pressure on a plate or button, right? Well I just so happen to be a Toa of Telekinesis, and can apply force to those plates and buttons that trigger the traps, sparing us of their deadliness," he said, glancing at the tunnel ahead. "Finding them won't be a problem, if I can just apply pressure on all the walls, the ceiling, and the floor at the same time, any unsprung traps should activate... assuming they are pressure activated, that is," he said, stretching his hands out to complete his task. -Ghlist

  6. OOC: Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooossssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.....IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Walking on:Ghlist had missed the conversation about 'pirates', or suspicions of pirates, and was simply walking along when Kellin and Taikunsa vanished, gone off to... wherever it is they went. He didn't speak, he only looked around for them, perhaps they had continued on without him noticing. He walked onward through the tunnel, leaving the others behind (OOC: LOLIDUNNO) to continue on by themselves. -Ghlist

  7. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Following:Ghlist remained quiet throughout the walking, only watching the tunnel and following the others. They hadn't come across any form of treasure yet, but hopefully they would stumble upon a room, or perhaps a cavern full of widgets and other types of treasure. But he wasn't truly here for the treasure, or the money, he was in it simply to be in it, purely to do SOMETHING with his pathetic form of what he called a life. -Ghlist

  8. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom - Talking:"I suppose that was 1% of the traps we're going to face," he said, continuing down the tunnel. He drew his blades, keeping his Calix activated while he moved through the temple. -Ghlist

  9. IC Ghlist - Temple of Wisdom:Without any hesitation or warning, he leaped into the hole, landing nearby the others that also leaped in. "You fools, what if there was a trap waiting right here? I only jumped down myself because I didn't hear any guttural screams of agony from the two of you," he said, looking around at where they had just jumped into. -Ghlist

  10. IC Ghlist - Near the Temple of Wisdom - Nearing said Temple:It seemed yet another being had come up out of seemingly nowhere in the desert, and was looking to join their group. "Five now... what is this, some sort of family reunion?" he asked aloud, looking over at Kellin for an explanation. Not that he didn't like company when traveling into ancient ruins, undead things, spiders, and other treasure seeking travelers were all throughout those old Temples. -Ghlist

  11. IC Ghlist - Near the Temple of Wisdom - Traveling to said Temple:Ghlist nodded, "And you tell me how to finish off my boss without anyone else knowing," he said, even though he probably already knew whatever tactic Kellin was going to teach him. It didn't matter, though, going on an adventure like this was always great fun, especially if he got a bit of treasure out of it, and maybe even a few kills-Ghlist

  12. IC Ghlist - Near the Temple of Wisdom - Traveling to said Temple:Ghlist didn't wait for anyone else to start moving, he began to walk toward the Temple, making sure to check the horizon (specifically the tops of dunes nearby) for any others that decided to join in without any warning. He wasn't even sure who the fourth person was, but apparently he was part of their little band of merry men as well.-Ghlist

  13. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert - Talking:Their group of two had just turned into four, and with people popping up every which way, he could only assume that they were going down the same path whoever had gone into the temple before... and died. 'Course, this guy said he had traveled the... tunnel, whatever that was, Ghlist figured it was part of the temple. "Ancient traps don't reactivated themselves," he said aloud, just making that clear. If the traps were in fact activated again, then that would mean some sort of foe would be in the temple.-Ghlist

  14. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert - Talking to Taikunsa:"Lost... fair enough. I don't think there would be any harm in letting you travel with us," he told Taikunsa. Kellin then asked about the people who had traveled to the temple before them... either this was some sort of elaborate ruse, or this was a legit mission to a real temple, with a real mask of power, and a real Toa of Wisdom.-Ghlist

  15. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert - Talking to Taikunsa Nakhran:Ghlist didn't respond immediately, but instead stared at the being for a few moments before speaking to him, "What are you doing out in the Po-Wahi desert, traveler?" he asked him, Kellin soon telling him their destination.-Ghlist

  16. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert:Ghlist turned to see a being atop a nearby dune, waving at them; he reached for his blades, but he didn't appear to be a threat at the moment. He still kept his hands on his two swords, waiting to see what this being would do. -Ghlist

  17. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert - Talking to Kellin:Even though he didn't quite recall the attack (he must have been inside a building, hiding...), he understood the power of these beasts, the area they just left was a monument to their sins. Still he could probably take them, wounded, and with Kellin to help him, so he wasn't so worried about running into them on the way to this temple.-Ghlist

  18. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert - Walking with Kellin:Ghlist looked over the dead Matoran, wondering what could have happened to all of them... after a bit of scrutiny, he saw what Kellin had seen, bite marks, staff wounds... Rahkshi. "Rahkshi?" he asked, loud enough for Kellin to hear. -Ghlist

  19. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi Desert - Walking with Kellin:Ghlist watched the moon as he walked along, occasionally looking back to the ground to make sure no dunes came up, or surprise pits that he could trip into. "Yeah..." he said to himself, continuing to stare at the moon (assuming there is one, of course XD).-Ghlist

  20. IC Ghlist - The Dead End - Talking to Kellin:Although he was still unsure whether or not he could trust this Kellin guy, he decided to follow anyways; he knew the desert well, even if he did spend much of his time in Ko-Koro, and he understood the dangers of it. Traveling by night was a good, and a bad idea, traveling by night meant no blistering heat, but it did mean freezing temperatures, and deadly beasts that normally didn't travel in the day. He followed the Toa out of the pub, letting him lead on to their destination.-Ghlist

  21. IC Ghlist - The Dead End - Talking to Kellin:Ghlist decided to stay still, and not move as the Toa brought out a knife, holding it extremely close to his throat. He knew that this could still be part of this guy's plan to kill him, and it changed nothing, but he decided to play along for now; if a bunch of bandits wanted to mess with him, then by Mata Nui, he was going to give them the fight of their little lives. He moved back an inch or two, "Alright, fine, put the knife away, before one of us gets hurt. I'll come with you on this supposed quest," he said, finishing off yet another drink. -Ghlist

  22. IC Ghlist - The Dead End - Talking to Kellin:"My point, Kellin," he said, the Toa only further proving his point. "I'm not nearly stupid enough to run off with a random stranger to a random temple to find a random mask of power on a random Toa of Wisdom. For all I know, you're just a bandit, waiting to lead me into a desert canyon where all your little buddies are hiding, waiting to leap out and kill me, raiding my body of all my weapons, armor, widgets, the works," he said, a scowl on his face.-Ghlist

  23. IC Ghlist - The Dead End - Talking to Kellin: Ghlist looked at the picture, and then the mask, considering the Toa's proposition. Obviously, he wanted to know how to kill his boss without any of his former colleagues knowing, so he nodded slowly, "So let me guess, you walk into random bars, and talk to random strangers, usually lowlifes who you think you can discard or perhaps use as a meat shield or tool to help you get to what you want, not caring if they live or die in the process, only that you get whatever it is you want before they do. And if they are still alive at the end of this quest, which you tricked them into going on by telling them that you could help them fulfill their greatest desires, you either kill them, or figure out a way to run away from them, leaving with your loot in tow, and them in the dust."It seemed, even through intoxication, he could make perfect sense. He waited for Kellin's response, and he couldn't help but think that this was just another one of the guys that he had just vividly described. -Ghlist

  24. IC Ghlist - The Dead End - Talking to Kellin:Ghlist squinted in confusion, "Answers to ours problems? What's your problem?" he asked, not wondering about the mental state of the being (well, maybe he was wondering a bit), but actually wondering what his problem was. -Ghlist
