Depends on the game. Sometimes it's really easy, sometimes it is simply impossible. In the case of The Robot Chronicals I was not able to make it offline because of it's dependence on a webservice. I'm currently making an offline Quest for R2-D2 but it won't be able to save.
What games do you want taken offline? It would probably be easier for me to do it for you. -

I was actually just about to recommend TWBM to you. That's the only way I have access to the older sites.

It would work just as well invisible. Anyway, it's somewhat distorted. People look down on people with -PE even if they never met. People seem happier on sites that don't have it.

I would that I could. It's one of those games that just can be made offline.
As it is, it technically isn't on archive.org, all of it's assets are (or were, tough to say at this point) on Templar's server. Like many Shockwave games, offline is impossible for one reason or another.
