It is my sad duty to inform the group that at this point in time Kohilå, Tårth, Cap'n K, & Legend of Lesovikk have all failed to participate in two or more consecutive voting threads. As such, they are all in clear violation of the "C.I.R.C.L.E. Participation Policy" and are therefore subject to probable sanctions ranging from "Probation" to "Demotion". The "TURAGA COUNCIL" would appreciate it if the rest of "The C.I.R.C.L.E." would please take a moment to post their thoughts on this situation and suggest an appropriate course of action that will be undertaken in the coming weeks. Official Nomination Topic for the Third Possible Expansion of the Confederated Inter-Related Collaborative League of Epics Welcome to one and all. This thread has been created so that each and every BZPower Member who wishes to do so, can take a moment to nominate fellow members for consideration of future inclusion in "The C.I.R.C.L.E.". Initially all new memberships will be as "MATORAN", though later advancement within the group is certainly possible for committed members, particularly if and when the group decides upon yet another future expansion. Now, although this is an open process, as was the case with the previous two rounds of nominations, there are still a few rules to nomination that must be followed:First, the member being nominated should be an author of a current or recent Epic on BZPower and the nomination must include a link to their work. Second, anyone can nominate up to five authors, but no one can nominate themselves. Third, to be ultimately considered for inclusion an author must be nominated by multiple other BZPers. Fourth, the number of nominations that a certain author receives will have no direct correlation to any confirmation proceedings. Fifth, at this time there is no firm timeline for when the actual confirmation process will take place. Do you think that it would be fair of me to ask more from C.I.R.C.L.E. members in visible leadership roles? You see, when I started this innovative experiment there were a total of nine members for me to contact and keep track of. Now, almost a year-and-a-half later, there will soon be nearly three times as many participants, and my free time is running very short these days as it is, so it would be nice if others helped me out. What I'd like is to see is the TOA TEAM LEADER and MATORAN CHRONICLER each function as a sort of "whip" for their respective groups, that is to say, someone who secures attendance for voting and helps to motivate other members. The only problem is, I don't know if it's reasonable for me to require such a thing from Zåhåku, Auserv, or other future members that hold said positions, because they never asked to be put in those roles, but were instead selected by secret ballot and basically appointed from there by myself and the TURAGA COUNCIL. It has unfortunately been a quite some time since I had the freedom to just sit and write. But this week I found the time and inspiration to jot down a short story, that's been an long-running idea, which I've toyed with ever since Ballom said he didn't care how the Makuta of Terra Nui died, as long as he was dead. The C.I.R.C.L.E. Presents: (Credit to Makar for the fantastic revised banner.) This is an MOC contest to create a character who first appeared in the C.I.R.C.L.E. Epic known as the Chronicles of Harvask (Chapters 12 & 13), and will someday be the star of his very own story. Your mission is to build the true form of the shape-shifting Dark Hunter, codenamed Deadshot, who is both acute and adept with all manner of weaponry. Here are the Rules:This contest is open to any and all BZPower members.All entries must consist of a Black, Orange, and Silver Color Scheme, though a specific ratio of each color is not important.All entries can be no smaller than a Tohunga, but no larger than a Kardas, and must include a head, though it can be anything from custom to Kanohi-wearing.The remaining details including species, powers (in addition to shape-shifting of course), mask, weaponry, etc. are the sole discretion of the entrant.There is no specific System:Technic Ratio necessary, however all entries should appear somewhat consistent in terms of past Canon BIONICLE Sets.Painted and modified pieces are perfectly acceptable, particularly if used for aesthetic value or to maintain the necessary color scheme.Please, no photoshopping, gimping, or otherwise digitally modifying entries.The winning entry will be accepted as C.I.R.C.L.E. canon, and will be featured on the character's upcoming article on The C.I.R.C.L.E. Okay, so Zorrakh recently suggested that the various "C.I.R.C.L.E. Members" compile a list of all of the Makuta in our Universe to ensure that we do not contradict what it says in BIONICLE: Makuta's Guide to the Universe about there being 100 Makuta overseeing various regions. It is my sad duty to inform the group that at this point in time Erebus Nuva has failed to participate in five consecutive voting threads. As such, he is in clear violation of the "C.I.R.C.L.E. Participation Policy" and is therefore subject to probable sanctions ranging from "Probation" to "Demotion". It is now clear that Erebus Nuva has not lost his internet access, rather he said he did not have proper Anti-Virus Protection to use the world wide web, however he has subsequently neglected to accept my offer to provide him with a subscription to McAfee Security Suite. The "TURAGA COUNCIL" would appreciate it if the rest of "The C.I.R.C.L.E." would please take a moment to post their thoughts on this situation and suggest an appropriate course of action that will be undertaken in one week.
