Welcome to my latest review here on BZPower.com. This time, I’m going to do a review of another Transformers toy. Alternity Nissan Fairlady Z Megatron in Diamond Black. Vehicle Mode: The vehicle mode of Megatron is amazing. It’s a Nissan Fairlady Z/370Z. I have always liked this car, and TakaraTomy has done a great job molding in all the little details. The first thing you notice when you pick the car up, is how heavy it is. This is due to the interior parts being made out of die cast metal. Open up the hood, and you’ll see what’s supposed to be the engine. Pop the trunk, and you’ll be greeted by a nice view of Megatron’s feet. Now, when you open the doors, you’ll see that the steering wheel is on the right. Makes sense, since this is a Japanese product. The car seats look rather comfy too. Also RUBBER TIRES! Transformation: First, let me say that TakaraTomy wins for their easy to follow instructions. Even though the sketches are small, they’re detailed enough to be able to see how the transformation goes. As for the transformation itself, it’s a lot of fun. Much more fun than the transformations from the Revenge of the Fallen line. For instance, the way the door panels slide out to form shoulder armor… Reeks of awesome. There are a lot of steps to complete, but after transforming Megatron a couple of times, you’ll probably remember the details. Robot Mode: When you’re done messing around with Megs, you’ll be rewarded with a very nice looking figure. Megatron looks like a heavily armored Samurai. From the over-the-top shoulder pads to the ‘loincloth’ armor, it’s all awesome. You’ll also find that there’s -a lot- of detail sculpted and painted onto the armored parts. Megatron’s main colors are black and red, which suits his character just fine. Not to mention it’s one of my favorite color combinations… His weapons consist of ‘Gravital Blades’ on his wrists and ‘Tesseractal Swords’. Let me just say that they look amazing. He has a lot of articulation. Head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles. Notes: - At $47.95, he was pretty expensive for me. But that’s what you get with Japanese Transformers. - He is Deluxe sized. - Due to the price, he’ll be my only Alternity product for a while. - GET HIM NAO! gallery when public

Yes, the title is rather ironic. Its really more a rant about arguments, or rather, how people conduct them. I was recently browsing a debate going on elsewhere on the internet over a certain issue, which itself is immaterial to what I'm talking about, so I'll leave that out. Anyway, one person stated their opinion rather heatedly, using language some would consider inappropriate. One of the people on the opposing side, rather than responding to the first person, chose simply to ignore that person and block their comments rather than respond, due to the fact that that person considered those comments inappropriate. Now, when I evaluate arguments in general, other people's and my own, I try to look at them from a neutral position. In this case, I am of the opinion of the second person, the one who chose not to respond to the argument. But just because I agree with that person’s opinion, does not automatically make me approve of the way in which they express them. Such is the case here. Choosing not to respond to another person's argument accomplishes very little in your favor, or that of the position you hold. Quite the opposite in fact, for it seems to say that you are incapable of coming up with a response to an opposing argument, and are trying to avoid it. Now this may not necessarily be the case, but that is how it makes things appear. Now there is another issue I wanted to address. I also found this in there same place where I got my first example, only between two other people. They were debating the issue, but it ended up deteriorating into the two of them throwing insults at each other. It’s easy to see where this comes from: you get angry and frustrated, then irrational, then you start insulting. But it ends up accomplishing nothing. Much like last time, it says that you can't come up with a decent response, and this is all you have left to resort to. I could probably write much more, but I can't think of any other points to cover, so I'll end with some pointers in conducting your arguments. - Don't loose you temper. This is an easy thing to do, but seldom accomplishes anything, and will probably reduce the argument to insulting. - When arguing, your main purpose should not be to prove your point, or to disprove your opponent's, but to come to the true conclusion. This takes a lot of work to implement, but if you aren't willing to open minded, or admit that your position may be wrong, how do you intend to get anywhere in an argument, and how can you evaluate your opponent's arguments fairly? - Don't avoid your opponent's argument, unless for a good reason. The only reason I can think of not to respond to another person's argument would be if they were refusing to respond to your own, and just kept repeating what they'd already said. This obviously would just keep going in circles, and not get anywhere. - Don't say things like "that's stupid" or "that just doesn't make sense". Even if the person is being irrational or annoying, respond to what they said anyway. And just saying something doesn't make sense proves nothing unless you can show where that person is wrong. Well, I just had to get that off my mind. I hope it proves helpful.

This is an excellent game. The concept is so simple, but the puzzles are really hard. I also made a VVVVVV av and ban.

Does anyone do it? I can't stop. I've been beatboxing for 3-4 years. If just perfected the crab scratch. It's the thing where you put your hand over mouth, with the side of your thumb on your lips, and you suck in with your mouth in an "o" shape. It makes the sound of the DJ scratch of the same name.

Commander Shepard Is Terrifying Part Ii: The Return Of The Revenge
Ouch posted a blog entry in blogs_blog_1009
So in Mass Effect 2, fan favorite, Tali'zorah returns as a party member. This time the player can peruse a romantic relationship with her. These pictures are taken from that romance » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «PS: not really Got ME2 Tuesday, didn't sleep that night and pretty much didn't do anything but play until I beat it. Bad idea? probably. It was a great success, I kept everyone alive, and told off the Illusive Man. I am ready for Mass Effect 3 already. -
Today, I downloaded a program that lets you read and write to NTFS on a Mac because I will be using it for both my Windows 7 and Mac partitions. I named it "HDD of the External Variety." Also, I installed Left 4 Dead from Steam.

I really hate my computer. - It runs slow, stopping stuff like Firefox, Outlook, WLM and Winamp dead in their tracks at times. - The graphics card makes simple programs like Lego Digital Designer crash. - When I want to watch videos online or convert offline videos from one format to another, the entire computer shuts down in an instant. I've done everything I could think of, aside from re-installing WinXP. All drivers are up to date, too.

A couple of days ago, I finished playing Dragon Age: Origins. Yes, oh yes. The game was amazing. The decisions you make, aren't always black or white. So yeah, it makes you think. As in earlier BioWare games, Dragon Age: Origins has a Big Reveal near the end, which forces you to make a difficult decision. Well played, BioWare. Well played...

After 2 years of searching, I found Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve. I love this song.

Sooo.... I finished playing Dragon Age: Origins for the first time. Oh holy snap, such an amazing gaming experience. I want to play it again.

Yeah, Dragon Age Origins is very, very awesome. I'm not very far, but I am impressed. Also, Blood Dragon Armor, which is available in Mass Effect 2 as well. B)
