Most of you know me as Pohatu, but some may remember that I used to be RahkshiToa88. Anyways, I've been using Adobe Photoshop a lot lately, mostly for funny purposes involving transposing faces onto other characters. They are always Bionicle related, but not always good quality. They are mostly for entertainment purposes, so have a laugh! More to come in the future. Slap Chop is not endorsed by me, copyrights to Slap Chop, yada yada yada. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/RahkshiToa88/Photoshop/88slapchop.jpg Proof that I need to get the golden Skull Spider Mask. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/RahkshiToa88/Photoshop/ineedit.jpg My first attempt at Photoshop was... Eughh. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/RahkshiToa88/Photoshop/pohatuwithatynra.jpg Let's cut down on the spam, even if it is about Bionicle 2015 http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/RahkshiToa88/Photoshop/spammask.jpg Hey look, Toa Jaller Mahri found a squid launcher! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/RahkshiToa88/Photoshop/totallyjallernotkalmah.jpg Please keep in mind that most of these took less than ten minutes to complete, so don't expect some beautiful artwork that will bring tears to your eyes. You might cry from laughter, though. Enjoy! (Oh if the links don't work let me know, okay?)

I have been trying to upload pictures of my creations to the BZPower gallery, but when I choose a file to upload it won't upload, and the uploader tells me that I have used up 1.89MB of 1.95MB despite attempting to only upload a single 266KB picture and nothing else. In short, it tells me I have used up all the space for uploading files before I've even chosen any files. What has happened, why has it happened, and what can be done about it?

Please vote above and leave any other comments you have about how we can improve our coverage below. BrickFair Alabama is a week away, so we'll try to incorporate your feedback then! For the third question, here are examples of the different types of coverage: Flickr slideshow (with a gallery): BrickFair 2013 Virginia Wrapup, BrickCon 2013 WrapupFlickr gallery: Bricks Cascade: An Event in 112 Photos, More Cascade PhotosImages hosted on BZPower: BrickFair 2013 Alabama Wrapup, BrickFair New England - A Belated WrapupYour input is greatly appreciated!

For a personal project, I find myself needing to know what ships of the medieval Chola Navy looked like - my particular interest rests with the Thirisadai and Vajara classes. My own searches on the topic have come up empty, for the most part. Accordingly, I am asking you to assist in this search, in the hopes that you might have better luck finding good sources than I have. To be useful, pictures of these ships should show them from the side, front, back or top. A view of the ship from beneath is unlikely but would be nice. Colour images are preferred, but black and white is acceptable as long as there is enough detail. Photographs are probably more than we could hope for, but don't ignore the possibility. If you choose to help with this, thank you. If you do not, it is not your project and you had no obligation to do so.

We had a Boy Scout hike recently, which meant I was able to pull out my camera and take a few pictures. Just to note, the seconded was tweaked a little bit, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Okay here is the place for BZPower members to post pictures of yourself. The only rule is that you are not allowed to post in this thread unless you're posting a picture of yourself or responding to other members' pictures.

So I just got my AR, and I was catching a bunch of shiny Pokémon in Black and naming them after the NGC and ICC. Here's what I got. From left to right, top to bottom, it's Darcsyde (Bisharp), LNU (Scyther), Biocryptid (Aggron), Nova (Ninetales), Garda (Genesect), Autodude (Arceus), Toa Spirit (Dusclops), Ddude (Heatmor), Gatotak (Blaziken), Kohu (Golbat), X Mk. I (Metagross), Argaraffe (Alakazam), WVUFan! (Azelf), Megan (Manectric), Justax-Kal (Feraligatr), The Many (Porygon-Z), One True (Tropius), Twin Blade (Serperior), Calvirick (Cloyster), Shadonix (Fraxure), Kahi (Rampardos), Philbert (Terrakion), Gerlicky (Gliscor), Tavakai (Scolipede), Bladeran (Gyarados), Dlakii (Ho-Oh), Gavla (Infernape), Aq. Lewa (Venusaur), Coleanuva (Suicune), Janaro (Vileplume), NR (Deoxys Speed Form), Tapika (Darmanitan), Jin (Drifblim), and Superkid (Mamoswine). I'm not particularly happy with some of them, but they were the best I could find. :s:

My blog is now decorated with Sosuke Aizen's Arrancar army. (Actually, Cholie's blog link picture is Aizen himself, but w/e, and Ziko's is Ichimaru, who isn't an Arrancar either.) :s:

I was working on my comic that I'm going to post in LGD pretty soon and I realized how much my photography of LEGO stuff has improved. This picture from earlier this week is probably the height of that improvement. Compare that to a picture from one of my reviews of an Agents Set. There are also these pictures, which if I had taken them today would have went right into the recycle bin. Looking at them now, I can't believe I uploaded them. Brickshelf Gallery

Something I took at the place my Boy Scout Troop rakes for a fund raiser. It's also the best speed limit sign ever.

I uploaded a few pictures earlier one of which was from my vacation to the Dells. This part of Minneapolis, the largest city in Minnesota. You can't really tell that from this picture though. This is what the sky out side my house looked like earlier this afternoon. Add more grey and less blue to the sky and add a cold wind and you'll know what my day has been like.

I've finally set up a Flickr. My main reason was it will get more viewers for my LEGO creations but I'll also have some nature stuff on there too. It can be viewed here. I don't have much up yet but I will be adding more over the next week.

These are some of the pictures I took while hiking on the Superior National Hiking Trail last weekend. Click the thumbnail to go to a larger picture. Pictures 2, 3, and 4, were taken on the lake. #2 was taken at the park where we stopped for supper on the way to the campsite. #3 was taken on the beach at the campsite using the panorama feature on my camera. #4 shows one of the large lake freighters. Pictures 5 and 6 show a couple of the waterfalls I saw while on the Superior National Hiking Trail. The gallery, with 6 additional pictures, can be found here. Click Comments would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some of the picture I took while I was gone last weekend. This one is probably one of my luckiest shots. There was a geocache about 10 feet from where this picture was taken. I'm pretty glad I brought my camera out of the car with me. A Bridge It was a 30 min walk to get to this bridge. It was also the turn around point for the walk I took. An Old Car Something interesting I saw while on the walk. Obviously this car has been through a lot. The Trail A simple shot of the trail I was walking on. A Farm Nothing extra exciting here. It is a nice shot though. Tree A bonus picture, I took this one on Easter while I was outside, so it's really not from my trip.
