Here is an update that I probably should've posted earlier about how my family and I got through Hurricane Harvey. None of us were harmed in the storm, and we didn't lose our home or anything in it. We didn't even lose power. My parent's bedroom did take some water damage, but compared to what others have lost in the storm, we're not complaining. As for my town, it is bouncing back to how it was before Harvey hit. Some food places still have a limited menu, but overall things are getting back to normal. Overall, I'm really thankful that my family and I made it through the storm as well as we did. I know that can't be said for a lot of people affected by the storm. I just really hope we don't get another hurricane anytime soon. And for all those that will be affected by Hurricane Irma, my thoughts go out to you. Please be safe.

Remember quite a few years ago when Binkmeister did a Death Star Roll at BrickCon?* Let's do that again at BrickFair VA! Except it won't be someone's sacrificed Death Star set. We'll build a sphere out of Stay and Play bricks and find a slope somewhere to roll it down. Maybe put the finishing touches on it at Adult Swim when everyone is already riled up and ready to see something wild. Let's remember this post in July right as we're ready for BFVA. -CF *IDK if it was even his or at BrickCon. Could have been at BrickFest PDX, and someone else's set. But then where did I hear about it if not on BZP or TBB?

I was messing around with the CCBS parts and I came up with this creature. http://imgur.com/a/Oghvg I thought of him being a creature from another island or an ancient warrior of Okoto with the ability to run at super-sonic speeds. He'd probably act like an evil Quicksilver, I don't have much of a character fleshed out for him. I imagine him running at high-speed and disemboweling his enemies.

So I was looking at the New Toa Classes topic and it sparked a question in my mind. Why and how is one destined or not destined to be transformed by energized protodermis? Are some of the people of the MU programmed or built to react to that without dying? If so that would explain why maybe the GBs built the Toa Mata like that in the case of them coming in contact with EP.
