  1. Once upon a time, around Nine years ago, I was a burgeoning fan of Ninjago, an avid reader of Brickipedia, and hadn't yet made my way to Mocpages. I was in the store, probably Books a Million, where I was flipping through a Ninjago Brickmaster book when I laid my eyes on my first mech. Not exactly the most inspired build, but was an inspiration to me. I mean come on! It was a Giant Robot, what could be cooler than that! I didn't end up buying the book since I was a child at the time, but my interest in Giant Robots was Peaked. Fast forwarding a few years, after a couple of dodgy attempts to make one with parts from the Toy Story Pizza Planet Truck, I was looking through Youtube to find some cool lego reviews and mocs, I stumbled across this video by Artifex Creation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtAMGj74Br0 Now, this blew my tiny Ninja obsessed mind, I had no idea that Lego mechs could be that big. Keep in mind that most of my time on Mocpages at the time was concerned with bionicle, and at the only mechs released for the theme where the Samurai X mech, the Fangpyre mech, the first Fire mech, and the previously mentioned Skulkin Mech. Unfortunately I lacked any real parts to build something substantial, so I sat on my hands for a bit. But all that Changed once I got my filthy mits on Superman V. Power Armor Lex I wanna say that was late 2013/early 2014 since I was really looking forward to the upcoming rebooted season. I mean Come on, they were fighting Robots! So I tried my hand at building some sort of Nindroid Lighting Mech with the parts I had. The only problem? I didn't have any Nindroids, so I ended up making some amalgamation of Final Battle Jay and the Series 8 Evil Robot. He had stolen Jay's powers and color scheme. Cut me some slack guys. Fortunetly, I was about to get some of those sweet Ninja robots with my first Ninjago mech: The Destructoid This Thing had it all: Choping blades! A Disk Shooter! A Sawblade! Tank tracks! And a sword! This thing was awesome, and it was another in a long line of Ninjago Purchases. Fast Forwarding to 2017, I fully caught up with the show, and excited for the movie, and moreso the sets. We had gotten some pretty goods mech in the past, but it seemed that with the film came a renaissance of Ninjago set designs. Bigger, Bolder builds that sought to do more than what came before it, and that was where my problem began: The Garma Mecha Man. Now, there's nothing inherently wrong with the set, it serves its purpose as an affordable imitation of the onscreen build at an smaller scale. It's well built and fun to mess around with, if a bit chunky. No, the problem came when you compared it to some of the other sets in the wave. (Picture taken from the Brickset Review) The Garma Mecha Man isn't exactly the most imposing build. In the film, it seemed like it could go toe to toe with all six ninja vehicles at once. The Set looks like it could hardly go up against one, so I set out to build one that could. Not my best work, I'll admit. This early design was plagued with poor shaping, weak knees, and a waste that was only held on by four studs, though it could fit a figure inside. It was a rough start, and disassembled soon after, but it was a stepping stone for bigger and better things: Garmagedon Constructed with the parts of The Nindroid Mechdragon, The Destructoid, The Garma Mecha Man, the Iron Doom, the Oni Titan, The Water Strider, and whatever odds and ends I had laying around, and with the Four Golden Weapons plugged into its chest, the mech was almost on the verge of perfection. The only Problems? My attempt at torso articulation left no room for a cockpit, made the build very unstable, and provided very little movement. A rework was in order before I could hope on showing it off, and to help celebrate the ten year anniversary of Ninjago, I got off my butt and decided to get to work. And that brings us to today. Countless reworks, and two extra arms, I'd like to show you guys the finished **Shogun Titan** I know I've talked a lot in this post, but I hope that my work speaks for itself. Oh, and sorry for any fuzzy pictures.
  2. Hi, guys! You know, there will be Season 9 for the Ninjago TV show, one of our favorite Lego media, coming this summer. Now, let me ask you guys this: What are your expectations for this season? Well, for me, here’s the list: 1. Wu turning back into his original old adult form. 2. The relation between those dragon hunters and the Sons of Garmadon because they are quite similar (mainly the clammy gray skin color) 3. Skylor, P.I.X.A.L., and Nya going Avengers: Infinity War on Harumi (but letting her live). 4. The Ninja and Wu coming back to Ninjago to defeat Lord Garmadon. 5. Lord Garmadon either turned back to his original and good-hearted human form again or killed again. I mean, he has to be get rid of. He can’t be a four-armed villain forever. 6. Good character development, including on the Dragon Hunters. 7. We would learn more about the Oni and the Dragons. 8. The Ninja using the dragon to easily defeat the dragon hunters. 9. We would learn about the Sons of Garmadon and the dragon hunters. 10. A crossover between Ninjago and Nexo Knights. I would like to see a bunch of things from there: I would imagine when the Ninja from Ninjago would get out of a realm called the Realm of the Oni and Dragons, they would accidentally end up in the Nexo Knights’ world to meet the Nexo Knights. The Ninja would ask the Knights for help to bring them back to the land of Ninjago and fight against Lord Garmadon (Madagascar movies, anyone?). The Nexo Knights would either go to help the Ninja fight Garmadon Thor-Ragnarok-in-2017 style or Avengers-Infinity-War-in-this-year style (I mean, the Ninja would need more help than what they have) or they would just give the Ninja new weapons. I would love to see the Nexo Knights’ world being one of the 16 Realms parellel to Ninjago because of the evidence in the past. I would also love a scene where the Ninja crash-land on the Knights’ Fortrex, the Knights notice this and then help the Ninja feel better from the crash, the Ninja and Knights relating their problems with each other’s, like how they suffer corrupted parents (it would be like Thor from A: IW meeting the Guardians of the Galaxy after he hit their ship by accident), Wu and Merlok being the best of friends, the Ninja probably go to help the Knights with their problems first (which means fighting Monstrox, Ruina Stoneheart, and their army of techno-virus monsters), Merlok having known the First Spinjitzu Master to be his close friend, Monstrox revealed being a being with the blood of the Oni from Ninjago and/or there’s a carving in NK’s world that tells about the Oni and the Dragon (not sure, but yeah), the two teams of heroes having funny moments together, and Merlok creating a portal to have the Ninja and Knights go to Ninjago to work together to fight and defeat Garmadon (maybe get help from Animal Tribes from Legends of Chima as well on this one. Plus, I would like to imagine certain things, like Kai and Lance talking about their narcissism together, Cole and Axl being best super-strong buds, Karlof saying to Axl that he has nice metal gloves, Kai telling Macy that she reminds him of Skylor, Cole and Clay being magical buds, Zane and Aaron being archer buds, the Ninja telling Robin that he reminds them of Lloyd, Macy and Nya talking about having blue boyfriends, Wu and Merlok working together, the Ninja and Knights do teamwork combo attacks on Garmadon and his forces, Merlok making new Nexo Powers based off the Ninja’s abilities, etc.). This whole thing would take up two Ninjago episodes. Good stuff. There’s gotta be a reason why there isn’t a Season 5 for the Nexo Knights TV show (I don’t like how Lego is acting strange and ridiculous this decade for how it tells most of its original stories. I do not want Nexo Knights to end up like Bionicle G1). I think this would be a good alternative to end the Nexo Knights show’s story. So yeah. These are my expectations. What about yours?
  3. Hi, guys! If anyone likes Ninjago's first TV season in 2012, which is about the Serpentine causing chaos and awakening the Great Devourer, let's celebrate the 5th anniversary of the season. I am not just talking about the season. I'm talking about the sets that the season is based on. So, yeah, happy 5th anniversary to the season! First, I'll tell the plot of the season: The season has 13 22-mintue episodes. It starts off with Ninja, who are Kai, Cole, Jay, and Zane, encountering their archenemy, Lord Garmadon's son named Lloyd Garmadon, who is doing evil pranks on people, but the Ninja stop humiliate him. This causes Lloyd to get revenge on them, so he walks to a snowy environment, where he finds and opens a tomb. In there, he unleashes one of five tribes of evil snake-based people called the Serpentine, the Hypnobrai, to attack village where the Ninja stopped him earlier. The snakes hypnotize people in the village and stole candy for Lloyd. One of the Hypnobrai named Skales is not fond of the idea, but the tribe's general, Slithraa, tells Skales, who is his second-in-command, to obey him. This is because Slithraa was trying to hypnotize Lloyd earlier, but Lloyd accidentally used an ice wall to reflect Slithraa's hypnotism back to Slithraa, making him obedient to Lloyd. The Ninja defeat the tribe by stealing their staff to use the anti-venom in there to cure the hypnotized people. Later on, Lloyd has the tribe build a tree-house-like fortress for him, but the Ninja stop them by destroying the unfinished fortress. The tribe gets their staff back, makes Skales their new general, has Slithraa obey Skales, and kicks Lloyd out of their tomb, but Lloyd got a map to the other tribes before that. Lloyd then unleashes another tribe called the Fangpyre, who can turn anything into snakes by biting them like vampires, to cause more trouble, but the Ninja stop them. Later, Lloyd has the Fangpyre fight the Hypnobrai for revenge, but the tribes instead ally each other and want to overthrow Lloyd. After Lloyd escaped from them, he opens a tomb of another tribe called the Anacondrai, who are said to be most feared and powerful of the tribes. However, he discovers that all but one Anacondrai are killed because of hunger, as he sees the last of the Anacondrai named Pythor P. Chumsworth, who is a snake with a long neck who can turn invisible and was the tribe's general. Lloyd and Pythor team up to commit little crimes in a village. They then attacks a school that rejected Lloyd before the time where he unleashed the Hypnobrai. The Ninja go to stop them. Pythor betrays Lloyd by stealing the map from and lets him get captured by the Ninja. The Ninja's sensei, Wu, who is Lloyd's uncle and Lord Garmadon's younger brother, teaches him to reform. Pythor uses the map to find and unleash the last two tribes, which are the Constrictai, who can dig through ground and choke their victims, and the Venomari, who can make people hallucinate by spitting venom into their eyes. The Ninja learn that Pythor plans to unite the tribes to find blades called the Fangblades, which can unleash a snake-like monster called the Great Devourer that can cause destruction upon the land of Ninjago. A new hero called Samurai X shows up to help the Ninja fight the Serpentine, and this hero is actually Kai's sister, Nya, using this as a superhero-like identity. The Serpentine kidnap Lloyd, which makes Wu go find and have Lord Garmadon help him and the Ninja fight the Serpentine and rescue Lloyd. When Lord Garmadon was found in an alternate world, he has four arms. He never wanted Lloyd to be a villain like him, and it is revealed that when he was a kid, he was used to be good-hearted until the Great Devourer, as a young snake, bit him with a magic venom that turned him evil. Garmadon still has a good conscious, so he wants to save Lloyd, who he cares. Meanwhile, the Ninja learn to unlock their true potential to use their elemental powers by expressing their hearts meaningfully (Zane has ice powers, Jay lightning, Cole earth, and Kai fire). Along the way, Zane is revealed to be a robot that the Ninja called a Nindroid. After all of the Ninja unlocked their true potentials, the good guys discover that Lloyd is a legendary hero called the Green Ninja, who is destined to fight his father in the future, even though that the Ninja originally thought that one of them was going to become the Green Ninja. After the Serpentine found the Fangblades, the good guys steal the blades from them while Lloyd is sad that Garmadon left him. Later, Pythor steals back the blades and goes to the Serpentine's ancient city to unleash the Devourer, which is giant, powerful, and can eat anything to grow bigger. The Ninja, along with Nya, Lloyd, and their pet called the Ultra-Dragon, which is a combined form of their dragons, try to stop the Devourer from destroying a city called Ninjago City, but it is unstoppable. However, Garmadon is the only one to use all four magical weapons called the Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu and the Devourer has a weak spot on its head, so the Ninja give Garmadon the Weapons and traps the monster, so Garmadon can hit its weak spot in order to defeat it. After he did so, the snake explodes into a tsunami of green goo that covered the city. Garmadon left with the Weapons, and Lloyd knows that he will face him, but the Ninja ensure that they will train him. To celebrate, let me ask you this: What are your fond memories about the season and the sets and/or what do you like about them? For me, well, they are very good. The first season shows the Ninja's character development more. It's cool and weird that Zane is a robot, which expands why he behaves weirdly. Jay wants to show Nya that he loves her (You can remember that moment from the pilot episodes in 2011). Cole needs to impress his dad when his dad expected him to be a dancer. Kai, well, is always hot-headed, but he learns that caring for people is a bigger priority than getting a special object. It's cool that Nya is a genius in mechanics, and becomes Samurai X and makes a mech to become her own hero. She like Iron Man from Marvel. She does try to help the boys out. The Ninja's NRG forms and them having elemental powers are awesome! They're like Ninjago' own Toa from Bionicle. It's interesting that Lloyd first starts off as the show's equivalent to Bowser Jr. from Mario video games when he is the son of an archenemy and wants to be like him, but he becomes more like Luke Skywalker from Star Wars when he has to become a hero to defeat his father, even though that he doesn't like this. I feel bad that Lloyd was captured by the Serpentine, being left out, and the Serpentine betraying. He was quite unlucky. But, I'm glad that he reformed and is saved by the Ninja and Garmadon. Sensei Wu is a good character, and he is cool when he can use a magic tea to travel between worlds. He feels bad that the Great Devourer turned his brother evil long ago. That's quite interesting. The Serpentine are very cool and funny. Pythor and Skales are great as villains because they are great at planning. It's interesting that each Serpentine tribe has ranks that go, from lowest to highest, from Scouts to Soldiers, then Warriors, then Generals, has unique powers and other abilities, and is based on a kind of snake. The Generals look epic because of snake tails and staffs. Good thing that there are anti-venom in the staffs that can undo the effects of the serpentine's powers. Garmadon is a cool character, as he has four arms and can hold all four Golden Weapons without getting destroyed by them (Samukai was the victim). He is a good and interesting character because he was used to be a good-hearted human who got bitten by the Great Devourer, which turned him into an evil villain. However, Garmadon still has a good conscious, so he cares about his son and doesn't want him to be evil, so he agrees to help the Ninja save Lloyd from the Serpentine during the time. Sadly, Lloyd feels bad that Garmadon left him, and Garmadon doesn't want to fight Lloyd when he becomes the Green Ninja, either. Speaking of the Green Ninja, it's cool that there's a legendary fifth Ninja, which is Lloyd. It's neat to see the skeletons from the 2011 storyline again, as Garmadon gets them to help him fight the Serpentine. The Great Devourer is very cool because it can eat stuff to become bigger and stronger. The Ultra-Dragon is awesome because it is a combination of the Ninja's four dragons. It's super-cool that the Golden Weapons can transform into vehicles that the Ninja can drive. I feel bad that the Hypnobrai The toys for the season are very cool. I like the new Spinjitzu spinners, new weapon packs, the Fangpyre vehicles, the Ninja's new vehicles, the Samurai Mech, the Ultra-Dragon, and the Great Devourer. The snake-like designs on the Serpentine vehicles look amazing. Sadly, there's no spinner or pack for Snike, who is a Constrictai Scout. When I heard that there two cancelled sets, which are the Serpentine Train and Lloyd's tree house fortress, I feel sad about them. IT would be cool if they are actually released as sets. The Ultra-Dragon could've have the colors of the dragons that it is made of. The Ninja's vehicles are awesome, and I like the Ultra-Sonic Raider the best! The Devourer looks menacing. The Fangblades look cool. So guys, what are your fond memories of the storyline, what do you like about it, what's your favorite 2012 set, favorite character(s) in the storyline, favorite moment in the storyline, what things remind you of the storyline, and/or how would you celebrate it? For me, well, my favorite characters are Cole, Lloyd, Jay, Zane, Nya, Pythor, Lord Garmadon, and Skales, and my favorite sets are Cole's vehicle, the Fangpyre Truck, the Rattlecopter, Destiny's Bounty, the Samurai Mech, the Ultra-Sonic Raider, and Epic Dragon Battle. The things that remind me are: 1. The Avengers movie in 2012. 2. That snake guy from Ben 10: Alien Force and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien 3. The Lizard from The Amazing Spider-Man movie in 2012. 4. Iron Man from Marvel (Nya) 5. Karai's snake form from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2012 6. The Toa from Bionicle (The Ninja) 7. Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader's relationship from Star Wars (Lloyd and his dad) 8. Mark Surge and Voltix from Hero Factory (Jay) 9. Electro from Marvel and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in 2014 (Jay) 10. That evil snake guy name Lyric from Sonic Boom video games in 2014. 11. The Midgard Serpent from Marvel 12. Snake-based villains from Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes 13. 4. Here’s three. I’m just going to number it like the intro sequence does. Episode 14: Darkness Shall Rise The “ninja get jobs” montage is one of the funniest in the series – on the first watch. On the second it loses its charm. Still, the integrated plot to kidnap Lloyd flows this episode together smoothly enough – until it gets solved by Nya and Wu just happening to show up. It feels patchy. Also, kidnapping Lloyd is so last season. Pythor tried that, and he managed to get the third Fang blade out of it, but come on. Also, by now we know that only Pythor can kidnap Lloyd, and that he’s very good at it, but the other snakes fail. 13 and 14 have more nods to Zane as a robot, which I like (and consequently would like to see more of, but not quite how the reboot did, but that’s another story). Episode 15: Pirates vs. Ninja There is quite no reason for this episode to be here other than this: it’s fun, and the story producers threw it in because WHY NOT? Answer: Can’t we move on to the next important and interesting event of this story already? Although there is a nod to the Dark Island, and this story establishes Dareth’s studio, it is otherwise very very lame. It would be more excusable if it was the only filler episode in here, but…there’s…three. At least three. Surely they could have condensed all of the non-filler plot points into one episode, like they did in season 2 so many times. I am feeling the Bionicle vibe, Got to fill out this story, keep this toyline alive, I am feeling, the Bionicle vibe, It’s 2007, and we haven’t arrived. Episode 16: Double Trouble JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Insert another notoriously filler episode. This one has zero continuity relevant plot points whatsoever. It doesn’t suffer from bad storytelling necessarily, so that’s a plus (The evil Ninja have some unique characterization ). But between exploding light bulbs and video games is just a bunch of cake. Personally I prefer pie. Even Ninjago’s filler is better than Hero Factory , but it is filler. Episode 17: Ninjaball Run Not only is this episode filler, it’s also a Phantom Menace rip-off. It’s also one of the funnest, and funniest, episodes of the entire series. On the first round. Mostly because of all the recurring characters and cars that are inherently silly. Once the shock value of that wears off, there’s little left in redeeming qualities: It’s just a race. And we all know who wins. This one does have one important point: the Ninja get the Bounty back. So it’s not entirely filler: but they didn’t need a whole episode about something completely unrelated to get us there. Episode 18: Child’s Play This episode, unlike episodes previous, has a lot of focus like the episodes of season 2. Everything is focused on the joys of being a child and the pressures of having to grow up too fast. This one goes in deep: the cost of Garmadon’s evil is not just the ninja’s golden weapons, but Lloyd’s childhood. Years of fun and joy and innocence stripped away, and this episode makes us feel the cost. It’s very much one of the better Ninjago episodes, one that strips away the frosting of the previous three and makes us think. Also, meta product placement again. In context, it merits a glare because comics aren’t fully kid things anymore. Some of the “mixed-message” ness of this episode leaves a sour taste in the mouth, but the alternative to the age-up was a ton more of filler episodes, and I’m glad that we didn’t get that. More importantly, I’m glad that they used the age-up to place in a theme about childhood loss rather than lightly brushing it off as no big deal. Pro move, I think, even if it did make for a sad episode. Episode 19: Wrong Place, Wrong Time So apparently this episode launched the Mega-Weapon into space…in the past. And then we can go all time-travel paradox on the whole thing. Since the Mega-Weapon wasn’t actually destroyed, wouldn’t the ninja have gone back into the past? And then, if they had gone back in the past, wouldn’t the Mega-Weapon be in space and not in the hands of Garmadon? But the Golden Weapons used to create it would not be, which Garmadon uses to create the Mega-Weapon and send the ninja back in time. It actually makes sense. If the weapon was actually destroyed, that would be a paradox, but sending it into space does not. It’s a self-sustaining time system, as opposed to an unstable one. But you know what I mean. This means that the ninja managed to correct all of the wrong past events in the alternate timeline – that timeline has the same resolution as the main one. Of course, what I said was too confusing anyway, but that’s why everyone hearts time travel. Episode 20: The Stone Army Now, there are three things that I notice as problems with season 3 in general that season 2 lacked. One is too many filler episodes. Two is a bunch of dark and grim episodes in a series known for being lighthearted and funny. Three is not enough character development and too much emphasis on Lloyd, without even giving him character development. This episode, for the most part, is all three. It’s not too much of a filler episode, but it’s not really funny. Everything about this one is D and G. “Paper beats rock” is more of an epic one-liner than an actual joke. And Lloyd solves this one…except it doesn’t do much for him. He also meets his mom, which doesn’t do too much for him either. Misako’s excuse for abandoning Lloyd doesn’t seem to add up in my mind, but I guess she was trying to protect herself and Lloyd from problems. It’s like the Land of Elyon – “you are instrumental to the fate of the universe, so I had to hide myself from you so you would look insignificant and the bad guys won’t target you” excuse. In LoE, it’s a questionable argument because the person wasn’t arguably that important to the fate of the universe, really – and here, it’s funky because having Misako around Lloyd wouldn’t have really made him a target. Not anymore than saying “I’m the son of Lord Garmadon” which Lloyd said practically every chance he got in season 2. In fact having his mom around might have been better because she could have convinced him to keep his mouth shut, thereby making him LESS of a target for evil. Whatever. PLOT. Episode 21: The Day That Ninjago Stood Still We can’t discuss this, but FTR: biblical reference. The sun standing still and all of that. *moves on*There’s a big subversion of it though – there’s no big time stop. This story is another big fight, but that’s what’s needed. And that’s what the title refers to: only in this case, the good guys lose. Still, this episode has a lot of dramatic changes: the Serpentine are resealed, the Stone Army is on the loose, and Ninjago city is evacuated. I think that might be what the title is really referring to – the evacuated city is now still. That’s a big contrast to the earthquakes at the beginning of the episode though. And Garmadon starts the doomsday countdown that was frozen all those years ago, the opposite of standing still. IMO this title just doesn’t fit the episode. And why didn’t the stone army come alive long before Serpentine entered? Wouldn’t they just storm out as soon as the door was opened? PLOT. FLAWS. Anyway, I like the Sensei Wu/Misako character dynamic, even if the shippers will take it too seriously. Episode 22: The Last Voyage Zane appears at the beginning of this one – cue him being important. This one’s a really nice one –even if Zane’s father’s “undeath” qualifies as a Deus ex Machina. We already know that Ninjago has strange tea, but this is a bit over the top. The falcon being attacked and the resolution to this one are slightly patchy, but it can be overlooked based on the heart-warming ending. Also, every one of these Garmadon cameos makes him seem more brainless by the minute. I thought he was the guy who tricked the ninja into getting him out of jail, but you know. Super-weapon? Most generic villain ploy ever. Episode 23: Island of Darkness Popcorn? Seriously? Mood whiplash. This story is grand and epic at this point. We left the comedy behind like 4 episodes ago. Getting the storyboards out of the back attic? Also, what does “remake Ninjago in my image” even mean? Nobody seems to be clear on that, not even Garmadon. He just takes whatever suggestions the Overlord gives him. Also, why do the ninja NOT retain these elemental powers after defeating the Overlord? Epic episode is epic. Episode 24: The Last Hope Epic episode is epic. Misako is a cool character, and I like the scene between her and Garmadon. Holy kanoli? Okay, so how would the NRG True Potential forms help here? Serious question. It’s easy to forget – the ninja had a vehicle to get them to the clock, so I’m not sure how they would help, but I keep hearing this as a criticism of this episode. I like the book ends of Nya being kidnapped at the beginning and the end of this series, but cheering someone’s kidnapping feels bad. Episode 25: Return of the Overlord Ugh. I like Lloyd’s attitude at the end of it though. Episode 26: Rise of the Spinjitzu Master Ok, wait a minute. Ninjago city is evacuated, as per The Day Ninjago Stood Still, so why did the Dareth scene from last episode and the scenes from the beginning of this episode happen? I guess everyone went back to Ninjago city once the dust settled. And what happened to the ninja’s swords? Also, the Seventh Toa beat off and killed the ultimate evil, only for him to reappear…oh wait, wrong franchise. Kai gets to make the big motivational speech again. Note this: it’s more important later when I get to the rebooted series. Final Thoughts: This season begins with a lot of filler, and then eschews the comedic angle for sweeping epic and tense drama. The filler is light and sugary, with a lot of concepts thrown in there just for kicks, and the drama is dark and brooding, and tense with a lot of suspense. However, the suspense and tension is so long it can lead to drama fatigue if you watch straight through. After the Last Voyage, the story is hard to put down, and I almost wish that the countdown to the FINAL BATTLE was shorter. Also, trying to throw comedy into the dark, tense, and sinister atmosphere, which they did, comes off as forced and stumbling. Fortunately, they didn’t do a good deal of this, and allowed epic Ninjago to be epic.
  5. I have found a way to attach the 4 armed Garmadon piece to a torso piece. Here are step by step instructions on it.Parts needed to do thishttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__1.pngStep 1 lie the torsos and legs on there backhttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__2.pngStep 2 attach the legs to the 4 armed torsohttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__3.pngStep 3 drag the legs out of the 4 armed torso till there the space away in the pichttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__4.pngStep 4 attach the normal Garmadon torso. As you see in the pic it doesn't line up all the way with the 4 armed torsohttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__5.pngStep 5 take the two red bricks and attach them to the feet as shownhttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__6.pngStep 6 remove the normal Garmadon torso and slide the legs onto the 1x2 brickhttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__7.pngStep 7 slide the 1x2 brick over so it lines up under the 4 armed piecehttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__8.pngStep 8 move the legs back over and attach the normal Garmadon toros. The 4 armed piece will now be lined up properlyhttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__9.pngStep 9 delete the red bricks and highlight all the pieces. The 4 armed part isn't attached to the normal torso so you'll have to select all the bricks by dragging over them with your mouse. Stand the completed torso upright and your donehttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/Garmadon4armsLdd/attaching_4_armed_piece__10.pngNote if this is posted in the wrong topic please move to correct topic.
