The great mask of fear allows the user to inflict fear on whoever the user is looking at. The Kanohi also mutates the user with a half rahi form with whatever rahi is closest to the user. The user is only physically mutated, and not mentally like a hordika. Mate.397 Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 The MOC is okay, the Toa of Fear idea is good, I also have one soon to be remade, but I don't think bright colors work with someone who is supposed to strike fear.
