Is something up with adding tags to topics?

Just something I noticed when making my last topic; I can't see any field for adding tags when creating a topic anymore. I went ahead with making the topic anyway, thinking I could add them later; but while when I look at the topic post it gives me an option beneath the title to add tags, clicking it takes me to an error page that says "Oops! There are no tags available" (apparently Error code is 2S131/3 if that means anything...?)

I mean, it's not a big deal; while I've often added tags to my threads, I've never actually used them to search for anything. But I was just curious since I was still able to do it until recently. Is the ability to tag threads another thing that got removed in one of the system updates?

Looks like free-form tagging is going away in the next major forum software version, so I disabled it in preparation for that. We'll need to come up with a list of pre-defined tags for people to use if we want to keep the feature.
