Energized Protodermis Question

Hello my fellow BZPeople!I got a question that's been nagging at me for so long now.What exactly makes EP transform and/or destroy stuff? And if it transforms something,is it REALLY because of destiny or is it just random (and the Nuva were just very lucky)? And how does it Stabilize power ???

Destiny controlled it, mainly, but the EP entity was a part of every drop of it. It could will the EP itself against destiny, or even assist destiny, if such a thing is possible.Hence why it said it helped the Brotherhood because it found their experiments worthwhile.Just wait till Bonesiii shows up. He'll probably make my answer look like something I churned out in one minute. (Oh wait. It is.)

Seems on the money to me. I think the EP entity mostly lets these things follow destiny because the purpose of destiny is to ensure the Mata Nui robots mission is successful. I would think it wants to get back to Spherus Magna, as that is where it originally came from, and if it did anything against destiny, then it is jeopardising the robots mission, and risks being stranded somewhere useless to it, like the middle of space, or Aqua Magna.

The two previous posts make sense. But really, we simply don't have canon answers because as of the end of new story thus far, EP is still largely a mystery. We know it is "natural" (at least, not made by the GBs), so the normal logic that applies to the GB's artificial protodermis do not necessarily apply. And we know where it was originally found. That's about all we know.

I'm not really sure, but I would think so. I could see the argument both ways, but most powers in Bionicle have been established as strong enough to affect both protodermis and normal matter, so it would be odd if this really powerful stuff that shattered a planet had that restriction. It does effect things other than Protodermis. Its potential was discovered on Spherus Magna when some Agori, objects, and creatures were destroyed or transformed by it.

From what I understand, EP is controlled by destiny and not by chance. What it exactly is we may never know, but without it a lot of things would be different in the Bionicle story.-don't touch my pocket protector
