1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Couple of things: 1. Yes, I know that the wave sucks. 2. That's a wave, btw. 3. I also realize that some of the SNOTed parts are a bit loose and have some major cracks. Those are not intentional. 4. I left the back open on purpose. 5. This is only partially based off of the shot of Azkaban Prison from the Order of the Phoenix movie (this pic); I had to take a lot of artistic license with this one.

The triangular building is great-looking! I also like the rock it's perched on, though a less flat surface would really add to the level of detail, I think. Also, it'd be nice if you'd closed the top of the building with some kind of roof. As for the wave, it doesn't suck, I don't think - it's just a little blocky and uniform and big. Maybe make the spray a little less prominent (shorter, less angular, or play around with smaller parts so that the overall thing doesn't look as oversized. As a Harry Potter fan, this is a cool creation to see. Nice!

Thanks for the C&C. I don't think the one from the pic has a roof...does it? *looks* Nope... Also, this is the first wave I've ever built, so as long as you think it doesn't suck too badly, I guess I've done OK.

As a non-Potterite (some would refer to me as a Muggle, I suppose) I can't fully appreciate how accurate this really is, but the comparison picture you provided seems to match your MOC.If I were you, I'd scrap the waves completely and try something more smooth. The waves look like waves on a Salvador Dali-Jackson Pollock collaboration.

After looking at an actual picture of Azkaban, I can say this is highly accurate. Awesome job!And I agree with the waves; they could be better.

this is a rather beautiful miniature. The waves aren't the best, but I'll admit I thought they were snow caps at first which made them more impressive to me. Now then, you want to REALLY impress me? Make a minifig scale Azkaban!
