Elemental Plasma

Recommended Posts

According to BS01, possible examples of Plasma use are:

  • Creating blasts and/or concentrated beams of plasma.
  • Controlling plasma.
  • Absorbing plasma.
  • Using plasma to melt/incinerate a target.
  • Unleashing a Plasma Nova Blast. (Toa-exclusive)

From here, I assume that it's more superheated, especially taking into account how it is used most of the time, such as when Pahrak-Kal melted some rocks and when a random Toa of Plasma in Dark Mirror incinerated Kojol's Antidermis.

Of course, it could be because heated plasma was more useful at the time, which was the reason for their use of it. Of course, if you're writing something or role-playing, you could probably take a few liberties and say you could.

Hubert explained that pretty well.

I know it isn't accurate, but I just headcanon it as some mix of fire, laserbeams, and electricity, a la Jaller Inika, but more concentrated.

You know, differently colored Toa of Plasma would be cool, e.g. blue or green...

Toa of Plasma can heat things faster than Toa of Fire, but don't have the control over heat that Toa of Fire too. They can't absorb heat and flame.

In my fan fiction, Toa of Plasma are also good at providing illumination if they're skilled enough to maintain a brightly glowing mass that's not too hot. Of course, you'd be better off with a Toa of Light in such a situation.
