In spite of everything the past two seasons were not. I'm finding it hard not to get excited about Book 3. Hopefully it'll be good, though at this point the plot and theme is pretty vague.

That's an awful lot of airbenders.... And a whole lot of very strange bending.

Aaah I still haven't seen the Book 2 finale!

 

I really need to get on that, but I had been watching the series with my mom and she's been very busy this past year, so I haven't found many times when it's convenient for everyone.

seriously though plot-wise the show's been great so far, my main gripe has been korra herself. From what I've heard, she'll be maturing more this season so I have high hopes. Plus all the new characters are making it seem a little more ensemble-y like ATLA was. Here's to hoping!

Okay, color me impressed. To me, anyway, this feels like it has more of the vibe from the original show. Can't wait!

 

Book 2 was pretty much a let-down, so I'm hoping Book 3 will be better. What we've seen thus far doesn't really tell us anything about the plot, so as interesting and actiony as it may look, I think I'm going to hold off on deciding how optimistic I'm going to be going into it.

I liked book two. Avatar Wan's story was the best thing ever.
