Going, Going, Gone

As per this post:

I'm pretty much done here on BZP. I don't think you all need to be bored with the various details and ins and outs of what led to the decision. Suffice it to say that I do not plan to be active on BZP like I once was. I'll still visit occasionally to post something on the blog (or even the forum, perhaps) - especially with E3 right around the corner - but don't expect too much of me.

I'm on both skype and steam if you really need to get in contact with me.

It's been a good run. It's had its ups and downs, but in the end it was fun. I've crafted stories and worlds here that I know at least a couple people enjoyed, and when it comes down to it, that's what I plan to continue doing - just not here. Who knows - perhaps I might take inspiration from some of my stories posted here in the future.

Who can really know?

Anyway, before I start rambling, adios.

i officially give up on even attempting to collect all of the amiibo

13 new amiibo announced today, including player 2 versions of smash amiibo, which means a switch port is likely (as well as additional player 2 versions), it's just too much

it will remain a dream and i'll still collect, but there's no way i'll manage to get them all

So I'm opening four early player slots for the next three rounds in Bionifight One.

These are limited to members who did not participate in the first three rounds.

Simply sign up by filling out this profile sheet and commenting below:

Member Name: (Your current display name – you will also play the game as a character with this name, to avoid any confusion that might occur).
Weapon/Power 1: (Self-explanatory)
Weapon/Power 2: (Self-explanatory)
Weapon/Power 3: (Self-explanatory)
Appearance: (Please add a small image, or preferably a link to an image or gallery, or just a small paragraph explaining how you appear to the other players).
Special Weapons: (Self-explanatory; these are a reward, so this slot should remain empty if I have not given you any).

Favorite Movies

Posted by Lucina , in Film / Shows Apr 03 2017 · 157 views

I stumbled across a few of my Facebook friends doing lists of their favorite movies for each year of their life
Decided I would do it too except on BZP because I needed something to blog about
So here we go

Let me tell you, some of these years were pretty rough (cough96cough). I need to see more movies.
96: Mission: Impossible
97: Jackie Brown
98: Saving Private Ryan
99: The Matrix
00: The Emperor's New Groove
01: (This was the first tough year. I had to throttle my nostalgia and bury it in the backyard to make the pick, and I haven't even seen Ocean's Eleven yet) The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
02: The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
03: The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
04: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
05: Sin City
06: The Departed
07: Hot Fuzz
08: The Dark Knight
09: (500) Days of Summer
10: (I allowed myself one tie, and used it here) Inception / How to Train Your Dragon
11: Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy
12: Les Miserables
13: The Wolf of Wall Street
14: Captain America: The Winter Soldier
15: Mad Max: Fury Road
16: (I never did write up my favorite movies for last year. Oops. I didn't get to see as many movies as I'd like, either. There's a few (like The Nice Guys that I really should see) Rogue One
17: I'm not bothering with this one yet, the only movie I've seen is The LEGO Batman Movie

Remembering Old Times

Posted by Lucina , in BZP Library, Looking Back Mar 27 2017 · 213 views

Back in 2015, I started - and then, due to other commitments, cancelled- an epic titled Decimation. It would have taken place on Okoto, and... well, it wasn't going to be the happiest tale around.

While looking back through some of my older files, I stumbled upon what I had completed for Decimation which admittedly wasn't much - but I thought that I would share some of it with you. Under the first tag is the prologue to the epic, and under the second is the finalized outline.

Something that I have not ever revealed (but would have soon become obvious) is that, while definitely a standalone story, Decimation was also going to be a sequel to Extermination, serving as the true final installment for the Uprising series. It would have proven an ultimately bitter end for the characters that had managed to survive Extermination against all odds; of the 30 survivors, only 11 would have still been alive by the time Decimation began, and only 5 would have still been standing at the end.

And, despite what you might think, Voltex wasn't one of them. :P

Indeed, the prologue says it best, and so here you are:

And the outline:
