Why do people do this?

So I'm eating fruit right now (late lunch break here at the office...okay not really a break because I'm still working, but still), and it occurs to me how amazing fruit is. I love fruit.

I had this conversation driving in my car with Black Six last week (he was visiting for the weekend) -
Him: One of the definitions of insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting different results.
Me: Why do we still try to moderate BZ, then?
Him: We're insane.
I had a big calzone at lunch, and now my stomach hurts so bad, and I still have over four hours here at work.
I mean I could just leave early and finish my work from home today, but I have a meeting in about two hours.

So Andrew, aka Black Six, came to visit this past weekend. He and I only live a couple hours away these days, which is rad. I know we joke around lots on the forums, but don't be fooled. I adore Andrew! We jab at each other because we are friends.
Anyway the point of this entry was that we had a most bodacious time hanging out! But there is one problem. I miss him already! And I also miss Janus and LehvakLah and Darth Vader and Hahli Husky and Senjo and Friar Tuck and all of my excell
Rob, aka Janus here on BZ, is like a brother to me.
He is seriously one of the greatest human beings on this planet, and I really love him dearly. He helps me through rough times and helps me see things in a wiser light. He helps me to keep believing and to hold on to good things, like dreams and love. So sometimes when I'm having a problem or a rough time, I just have to remember advice he's given me.
My life would honestly be pretty rotten without Rob in it!

So I started re-watching the old Bionicle flash episodes today, you know from 2002 and early 2003.
Honestly I was expecting to not be very impressed. I was younger when I liked them, and I've thought for a while that the reason I really couldn't stand the Bionicle story these past five years or so was just because I had outgrown it - that it wasn't Bionicle that had changed, but me instead. I was kinda expecting to discover that Bionicle had always been about the same level of quality, and
Tufi Piyufi is really rad. She is basically the coolest admin (but don't tell Black Six I said so), and is also a wonderful human being. Tuffinstuff rocks hardcore. So this entry is dedicated to her.
