Nescent
Kopaka Lewa Pohatu I've wanted to do some simple Phantoka edits to the 2015 Toa, today I finally cracked down and made it happen. Let me know what you think!
Bonkle
I love you. Seriously though, these are fantastic! If you didn't already know, I'm a huge fan of the Phantoka and these perfectly capture their essence! I especially like Kopaka, his mask just works best with the design. Will you be doing the Mistika? 2 Quote I been away a long time.

The Phantoka were easy to remake since their colors and mask designs were similar to the 2015 sets; the Mistika do not have that luxury.

You should give 'em connection ports so they could attach Protectors as the new Av-Matoran! Quote I been away a long time.
Nescent
You should give 'em connection ports so they could attach Protectors as the new Av-Matoran!Funny you should say that - I did think about making G2 Av-Matoran similar to the Protectors. Decided against it since those Protector masks are just too different from the Av-Matorans'. Doesn't matter now, though, since these are all in pieces. I just wish I owned the 2008 Makuta, I'd love to remake them as well. Maybe I'll do the Karda Nui Makuta, I think I have enough of their parts to pull it off...we'll see. Aw heck, I love these designs so much, and since people seem to like the idea, I'll do the Mistika Toa if it's alright with you. If you're wondering how they are built, though, they're just like the G2 Toa, with a medium silver shell on each of their backs, and a gearbox, also built just like the Toa. Nescent
I'm just wondering how you attached Pohatu's launcher and Kopaka's wings.I put two ball joints on each shoulder (like this), and used the inner-ball joint to attach the Skyblaster/wings. For Pohatu I just put a small bone on one shoulder, and attached the launcher to that with a Y-joint. For Kopaka, I put a Y-joint on each of the extra ball joints, faced them downward, and attached the wings to them with an axle.
Evergrey: Toa of Music
I really like these! You did a great job of capturing the original aesthetic and integrating the new parts and what not. I don't really like the use of the toa mata feet for lewa. They just look small. Other than that, these are SPOT ON Great work! I wanted to use the same feet that his Phantoka form used, but alas, I do not own any.

Looking at them again, I love that Pohatu looks exactly like the phantoka but in brown. 1 Quote Other great bands: Iron Maiden Journey Mercenary The Unguided Trivium Boston Stratovarius Symphony X Epica
