As you can see, the torso needs working on, and the lower legs could use some customization and lengthening. But nonetheless, my friends (who are getting back into LEGO YAY!) thought he was cool enough as was, so I don't mind displaying him on my shelf until the summer when I'll have time to fix him up.

So I'm hoping I can find a way to watch an entire anime series in one weekend. But I have homework, a service project, and a WAMALUG meeting to worry about, much less sleep and cooking my meals.

OK, in this entry I asked about innapropriate banners/ads. I got responses about the ads on the top of the screen. Thank you, that was slightly on topic.
My real concern is:
Have you seen member's banners replaced with these ads? Like the flashing ones saying "You won! You won! Click here for a free iPod/XBox/whatever!"
Because for me, this has happened. Everyonce in a while, or more than that, I have seen a banner replaced by these anoying and sometimes inapropriate ads.

You know how probably all little kids love dinosaurs? (Think Calvin and Hobbes. Or yourself perhaps.) What little kid doesn't like the T-Rex, or a stegosaurus, or a pterodactyl? A week or so ago my dad said I have an addiction to blogging. (He thinks that's all I do online, but if he knew that I spend very little time actually "blogging" and more time looking at blogs and other internet sites, he'd probably say I have an addiction to the internet.)

I saw Terminator Salvation today. Very awesome. Very good movie. Might be the best action movie of the summer, IMO. Plenty of stuff going on, but, unlike Transformers, there was plot and coolness all rolled into one (without whiney LeBouf) and not explosions every second (which I'm not saying is a bad thing...). Does anyone have any strong opinions or facts on these eReaders? I am half-tempted to get one, and was focusing on Amazon's Kindle until recently someone had some great info on Barnes and Noble's Nook.
My biggest questions/concerns:
-Are buying books for it extremely cost-effective compared to the hard-version of a book?
-Are there ways to "borrow" a book for a short period of time, as I get most of my novels from the library? (And I know that really old books are usually free.)

Abstract: I "need" an iPod so I have more space for all of my songs. I'm looking into the Nano or Touch, depending on price during a sale and my winter paycheck.
