So having been struck by the doodlebug a second time, I've come up with the vocalist to this band I'm apparently creating. I was going for a grungier look, but as somebody pointed out elsewhere the hair is definately more of a mullet than the typical long hairdness you'd expect from a guy like Cobain or Grohl.

I'm currently battling my way through the 6th Dungeon of the original Zelda. A few years ago I picked up the Zelda Collector's Disc, and have only now gotten around to playing it.
I have to say it's probably the hardest Zelda I've played in a while. The drop-rate is low to the point of frustration, especially when you only start with 3 hearts every time you die. There's no map to speak off for the overworld, though I've gotten used to the areas enough to sorta find my way around.

Due to surprisingly unexpected results of yesterday's split double-header between the Twins and White Sox, I've found myself in need of a Justin Morenau jersey. See, in the 7th inning of last night's game, Morenau came to the plate having already hit two homeruns in the game (first to right, then to center). The last time a Twin has hit three homers in a game was Tony Oliva back in like 1973. So it's no easy feat.

I was at Target today and saw that they're running a pretty good promo right now. Buy any Glatorian set (Legends or otherwise) and you get a free smaller set of your choice (I have no idea what they are called....Agosi?). On top of that, the sets are a buck off...so really it's too good to pass up.
I took advantage of the promo to pick up Mata-Nui (finally) and then since it was free I grabbed the quadrupedal Zesk. I have to say, I'm glad I finally did it because Mata-Nui is an awesome set

As some of you may know, I am a huge Minnesota Twins fan. On Tuesday night, the Twins clinched the AL Central title...and with it their 6th playoff appearance in the last 9 years. And it doesn't stop there. Thanks to Tampa Bay spliting a four game series with the Yankees, the Twins will take the field Friday in Detroit with the BEST RECORD IN BASEBALL! If they can hold of the AL East...the Twins would then have home field advantage through the AL Championship series.
