Finally, after dealing with temperatures nearing 0, freezing cold wind and rain, and everything else unpleasant that winter usually brings, the first snow is here! It probably won't stick, so I'll have to go to school tomorrow, but it was fun while it lasted.
It's a Buh Snow Angel!
Or, at least, was fun for everyone but Tahu. He didn't like it very much.
How about you? Have any of you guys had snow yet? (other than Rahkshiking, he lives in Hawaii)
No. Quests for Household domina
So thanks to the goodwill of one Mr. Mesonak I have a half year's worth of premiership, which I will use to…do stuff with…I guess. And the first item on that "do stuff" list is advertising an online Smash Wii U tournament some friends and I are putting together. Tenative ruleset is as follows: Double elimination FT3 games advances, with the exception of Winner's, Loser's, and Grand Finals, which are all FT4 You can pick any stage/rule set if you both agree to it; otherwise, rules and stage s
Another day, another couple complaints. But we'll get to that later. The day started out with heading deeper into the forest and finding a Goron archeologist I had met the other day. He explained something about goddess cubes, which are basically ways of unlocking treasure chests on floating islands in the sky that you can collect later. Anyways, killed some more red guys and made my way into the forest temple. Temple was pretty easy until I got about halfway through it, where I had raised
And so the blog continues. Not much happened on day 2, actually. After getting some new clothes to accompany me on my journey(just think, every Link ever has worn green because Skyloft knights prefer green in the summer), I left Skyloft via my bird and traveled down to the surface below. After running down a gigantic spiral, I activated some geyers, and then ran all the way back, after being informed of dowsing, which is the ability to use my sword to detect the direction of things. Dowsing wa
Hello, everyone. This is a blog similar to the ones I did last year of Metroid: Other M and Halo: Reach, where I'll be recapping my experiences of a first playthrough of a particular video game, in this case, the latest Zelda. Basically the way it'll work is this: Every day that I get around to playing some of it, I'll write down what happened, my reactions, and, the most interesting(or hilarious, depending upon which way you view it) part of all, how many times I've died. One minor change I
Of Aftermath. It's on the last page on this link. Read and review please. Or read. Or review. Either one is ok.
[shameless advertising ends here]
Project Nightmare is soon to be revealed.

Welcome to Operation: Save the House. This is where I will be posting chapters from TBTTRAH that were deleted. These are Chapters 240-330.
Chapter 240: The Evil Plan
Chirox: Ok, this sucks. I cannot get a kill!!!
Arlando: Try aiming. It works. I know from personal experience.
Chirox: Shut up. I have a new strategy anyways.
Arlando: What is it? Mash B and cross your fingers for a kill? Very tactical.
Chirox: It is.
Arlando: HOW?
Chirox: Well, see, I throw this grenade, and it blows u
So since Boxtus is up I figured I might as well use it while I still can to do some stuff about some stuff that needs to be explained. The BZP Comedy Wiki is completely functional currently. We've been having a few issues that have been(mostly) fixed, so yay. The TBTTRAH Wiki is...well...another story entirely. It's rather dysfunctional at this point, and I'll be using the next few weeks of posting old Aftermath 2 chapters to update it some, along with writing new comedies that will appear i
With the beginning of Season 5 underway, I thought it was time we took a look back at The Bionicles Try To Run A House from seasons past.
Season 1 saw TBTTRAH beginning as an unknown comedy looking for some respect in a website that had lost interest in comedies altogether due to most of them being plain unfunny. It wasn't all that easy, and it took about 40 or so chapters before some started to take notice of it.
BZP's longest comedy kicked off it's mainly successful two year lifetime w
This is a warning to everyone on BZP.
Recently, a number of SA-X breached their containers and escaped into the BZP network. From there they have spread to many other Bionicle websites, killing and infecting randomly. They seem to be after Kendan and Seneca (outside of KTM and Kini) most of the time(especially Mesonak and Darth Sock).
If you see one, just run. Trying to fight it is suicide and will end up with you dying and the X mimicking you. (such as Tmoag-X, VTP-X, and Tridumst-X) Her
Ono it's a drawing.
Anyways, we're not having the huge planets in the RPG just so our map looks good. Each planet(and by each I mean 2 or 3 out of 5) will have villages/cities(depending on their level of technological evolution) that you can visit to find things like info on where to go next, items to purchase(such as lowering Xenon levels but we won't spoil anything), or perhaps a person you need to talk to. Now, of course, the village will start off being very wary of you, if it's not your
Been a while since we've done one of these, huh? Before I get into any new gameplay info, I need to say that the story I posted here and on the RPG planning topic is definitely not final. In fact, the last part of this thingy is gonna go a long ways to determine that. Everything else probably stays the same, except I've taken out a few GM controlled "boss" enemies in favor of character vs. character combat situations.
First off is TA's addition to the VFM(Village Friendship Meter). For those
Last time on "Messing around with the RPG"
MT: Should we use one planet with sidescroller maps or multiple planets with overhead maps?
Gorgnak: Multiple.
Eyru: Single.
TA: Multiple.
Mesonak: Single.
Now...
MT: WE'RE DOIN' BOTH.
*ahem* Sorry for the bad intro, but yeah. I combined the ideas, and really messed with the RPG. Here's the major changes I made.
#1: Instead of everyone working together for a common goal, the people will be split into three, maybe four teams, all repre
Well, we've been needing to drop a bombshell of info for a while...so here we go.
Firstly, upgrades will appear in this game, as originally planned. Though not for you(or not yet). They will be for your ship, and will consist of doing several things such as boosting firepower, missiles, and other good stuff. I have yet to finalize how that will really work out in a RPG without it becoming like a WoW thing, but I have a few ideas that I'll test over the next few months.
Secondly, Ihr is gon
It's been quite a while since I said anything on this, but the RPG is not forgotten. Gorgnak and I(and by that I mean Gorgnak) did some work recently on the areas, and we've gotten some space areas to go along with our planets.
1. A pirate infested area, near Spherus Magna, like in those swooshes of purple cloud stuff.
2. An asteroid field, preferably with Kanohi Dragons on the asteroids(and a space suit[notrly]).
3. A Terna Blockade, outside Acrilos maybe.

I aired the first part of a gameplay demo of the RPG on a non BZP site yesterday, and it got a pretty good reception(except Blackout was dissapointed that his pet got stolen by TM). So far, it's looking like it's gonna be a pretty free range RPG, with open planets and stuff.
The only thing that I was able to air on time was a underground/acidy dungeon type place, and it worked out really well IMO. The platform jumping worked out nicely(using numbers to choose which platform would be jumped o
So far, here's what we've got for enemies.
Grix: Large earth giants. They have no elemental powers, but have great endurance and strength, as well as an Anteaus-like ability to almost always get back up. the use pistols and cannons as weapons.
Xan: Black fire Giants, cousins of the Grix. They can use elemental powers, but are weaker than the Grix. They use swords and rifles. they are also an aggressive species.
Terna Scouts: Xenon infused alien species. Lightly armored, but pack a punc
Here's a list of cities/areas(so far) for the different planets in the RPG
Note: Some of these will be unvisitable until later in the game. Areas unavaliable at the start of the game are marked with an "-X"
Areas where the Planet Boss resides are marked with a double "x"
SPHERUS MAGNUS:
Landing Site A
City #1: Iconox
X-Landing Site B
City #2: Roxtus
VALDERRA:
Landing Site M
City #1: Drevan
City #2: Alterra
Area #1: Lava River 1
X-Area #2: Lava River 2
X-Landing Site Z

Aftermath just reached 25,000 views.
'Bout time. Anyways next milestone will occur on Chapter 223, where between TBTTRAH and Aftermath there will have been 600 chapters written.

Ridley: 100(give or take a few thousand, I lost count)
Little Brother: 0
On the other hand, this has lent it's way to some great gender stereotype commentary that I wish I could upload but I can't cause I don't have any sort of video game recorder. Owell.
