Something that confuses me

Why do some people want to go back to Inika builds?   Inika builds had specialised upper torsos and torso armour as well as specialised, one-piece lower limbs. By 2009, we were just merely tolerating them as opposed to going 'oh cool'.   Now tell me: which system had a torso armour that's very hard to repurpose as anything else? Two kinds, maybe more. Which system had only two sizes of upper leg? Which system offers far more opportunity for attaching armours and unique bone structures?   What'

Something a bit concerning about G2

I just got the LEGO Catalogue in the mail, and in it, only half of the 2016 Wave One sets are represented.   Pohatu, Tahu, Kopaka & Melum, Umarak, Ketar, and Ikir are the only ones shown in the catalogue. Lewa, Uxar, Onua, Terak, Gali, and Akida are missing.   I'm not sure what this says except I find it worrying for some reason.   Also, apparently Umarak 'Stands over 28cm tall!' and the three toa displayed stand in the area of 21-23cm tall. Some Stupid Speculation

Here is some absolutely stupid speculation about this year's first wave of sets.   First off, let's start with the Melum speculation. Melum's name is Melum. This is similar to 'Malum', which I think means bad in latin? Additionally, Melum shares the letters 'M', 'E', and 'U' with Metus, a character from 2009. Metus was a traitor. As as result of the above, we can guess that Melum is a bad guy and a traitor, thus explaining why Melum has no trap like the other creatures. Melum is a traitor!

Some Random Thoughts On Bionicle

Here are some random thoughts on BIONICLE, because I can say them. Mostly about the sets. Get ready for a random mess. And opinions.     -The Toa Hagah were the best Toa to use the Toa Metru build. -Remove the Hydruka from 2007 and put in 4 more Mahritoran, rather than the two we had. I understand that there were not many Kanohi to choose from that would be stable on the Metru head, asides from the Kiril, Kaulsi, Rode and Lhikan's Hau. Some Hope

Last week I finally went and got an appointment with a Doctor.   It went better than I had feared. All things being well, very soon I'll be getting some form of counselling/therapy.   I should have done it years ago, really. But that's the joke, isn't it. Those 2016 creature-Toa unity things, how exactly do they unify in-universe...? I can't image the Toa and creatures have pegs sticking out of their backs and the creatures having random holes in their bodies.   How exactly doe Ikir support the weight of Tahu? Sleep

Last week or so I managed to not sleep on no less than three different, but not consecutive nights. Sleep is hard. The effects of this are also still haunting me and maybe laughing at me like the effects of sleep deprivation they are. Sleep is annoying. Why is it so hard when you want sleep but so easy when you don't? Argh. LoSS is also beginning to grow on me a bit, even if he's not that great. Skull Warrior

Skull Warrior came in the mail today.   Gear function doesn't work that well with the bow (well DUH).   The new armour add-on piece honestly doesn't look that good in the way it attaches. It looks kind of awkward compared to the piston piece and the round/square HF add-on pieces, it doesn't really try to cover up the area where it attaches. Still, it's by far the largest shell add-on piece we have yet and looks good as long as you don't look at it from the side.   Believe it or not, but shells c
