My band, Bass 10 will be performing its second concert today at 5. Everyone has definitely improved since last year. Our drummer hasn't been coming to rehearsals, though, and we always joke about what he might be doing. Probably passed out in a back alley of the Tenderloin, we like to say.

Lady Kopaka is one of the newer artists to hit the Bionicle spotlight, emerging at the tail-end of the Third Wave of Bionicle Art (post-RZ) before the latest set-style revival hit the BZP Creative Outlet. When Lady K emerged from the primordial ooze with her romantic yet humorous artwork, Rahi Zaku had been banned, the Razor sprite fad was in its final death throes and the Organic movement was in full power. Yet it did not take long for the Lady to attract the attention of Art Forum browsers.
I made Teriyaki sauce tonight. I succeeded in the "yaki" aspect, but the "teri" was unsuccessful. The salmon was marinated in the sauce via an extremely lackluster method. It got good reviews from the guests.
Recipe:
7 tbsp sake
7 tbsp mirin
7 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Mix in a saucepan and put over medium heat until it boils and the sugar dissolves. Use immediately or cool and bottle.

I finally finished my epic, Rift Rover, which counted in at 9,990 words. I'm going to give you a few teasers about my next epic, One Pride, One People.

3. It will not follow the story-serial format Rift Rover did, following a much more complex format.
