Both ME1 playthroughs done? Check. Both ME2 playthroughs started? Check. Time left until Mass Effect 3 comes out? About four or five days. I like these odds.
So yeah, the reason I've basically dropped off the face of the site is because with ME3 out in a week, I've been spending most of the time not being spent on schoolwork trying to speedrun both Mass Effects without screwing anything up.
As always, kudos to Bioware at the same time as curses, for making the characters so endearing, and by way making it so hard to decide. Well, the contractor is going to let us know how much it'll be tomorrow, and assuming we agree - which we will in all likelihood - I can start sorting through the junk between me and the TV, which, once clear, will be when I pick up the 360, ME1, ME2, and the card for the DLC. Of course we'll still need too get bookcases to replace the ones that rotted on the bottom and got unstable, and a couch to replace the broken, painful one, but those can be done in the same timeframe.
Well, phase I of the whole Mass Effect thing is done - ME3 is prereserved, despite I currently own no 360. Unfortunately, they stopped taking reserves on the special edition a week or two ago, so that decision was made for me.
