How long could it possibly take for a check card to be sent to me in the mail? It's been 9 days already. Silly me was smart enough to put -all- my money into the account leaving me with no cash. If I had known it would take this long to get the card, I would have done otherwise. Hopefully I'll get the check card in the mail tomorrow so I can go do stuff this weekend. <.<

I opened a letter yesterday that was sent to me from my school and thoroughly read it. It turns out that our school -finally- set up a scholarship for academics instead of sports (mostly football, which hardly won half their games this past season). So my parents do not have to pay any tuition for my entire school Senior year, only books, etc. That should save them a few thousand dollars to put away towards my college tuition. That beats me taking out a loan so soon. I know I'll have to pull out
So Tuesday marked my 4 year anniversary as a BZP member and my 2 year anniversary as a staffer; therefore, I'm throwing a party. Cake's on the table along with some punch. Enjoy!
So I'm a Senior in high school now. Today was my last day because I found out that I'm exempt from -all- of my exams. I know Than, you can't get exempt. I'm sorry for you.
On the other hand, the season finale for Heroes was superb. More questions answered than new ones, I'd say, which makes it easier to wait for season 2. I can't wait for the DVD box set of season 1 because I missed the first half of the season.

This week is going to be fun:
Lit test on Monday, Chem test on Tuesday, Algebra 2 test on Wednesday, and Prom on Friday. Plus, I have to work Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-9:30.
And sometime this week I'm sure there is something due for this devotional we've been assigned in Speech class. I wish I had that schedule...
I also have to give a speech at the National Honor Society induction ceremony on Wednesday. I -hate- speaking to large groups of people...

I was trying to keep the blog entries down to once a week, but today was a special day.
Today, I found out that I'm an uncle!! Yes, my oldest sister is pregnant. Quite literally, it's a miracle and I'm so incredibly happy for her. I've been waiting for the news ever since she got married and now it's happened. I don't think I can wait until January. Heck, I know I'll most likely cry when I see the baby for the first time.

Boy, these past few weeks have been ca-razy. If you haven't noticed that I've been absent from BZP, here's why:
As you know, it's Spring, which means school is drawing to an end for most of us. As you get into the higher gardes, teachers love to throw projects at their students. Unfortunately for me, I was assigned about 4 projects at the same time, and as their due dates draw near, it looks like crunch time is hear.
The first project I was assigned was a 900-1100 word research paper disc
I just saw the movie 300 (finally) and I must say its a great movie and one you should see in the theatre. The story was there, and the fight scenes were just as good. Although, when I bought my ticket, I didn't have to show my ID at all. I don't look -that- old...
But the previews for Spider-man 3 were amazing. I finally got to see Venom. That movie is going to rock faces off. Oh, and it's on the same night as prom, so May 4 is gonna be one killer day. Better reserve our tickets soon, th
As Spring Break draws to a close, I must say that this year has been one of the best spring breaks ever. At first I only planned to go to Six Flags, but then my mom surprised us with a trip to the beach.
The house we stayed in was awesome, too. Perfect for 3-4 people. Plus, the friends of ours who own it said we can go back whenever we would like, just as long as they know ahead of time. The weather was nice and all too. It was interesting to just drive around and look at all the stuff.
So I'll be leaving to go to the beach tomorrow. I'll be gone until late Friday, so don't expect to see much of me (I haven't been on much anyways, but, I just had to post a formal notice of absence). So yeah, I can't wait. I haven't been to the beach in about a year.
Anywho, Six Flags was a b.l.a.s.t. The "Goliath" is their newest coaster and it was awesome. It wasn't anything too special, but with all the hills you pretty much get airborne and "lose your stomach", which is the best feeling

Tomorrow is going to freaking rock. I haven't been to Six Flags in about a year and a half or so, and I'm very anxious.
My mom told me not to plan anything for Wed, Thurs, and Fri, but she didn't tell me what we are going to do. My guess is a stay down at the beach or something.
I'm glad this break is here. I don't think I could have handled another week of school.

ALL other schools in Alabama are more than likely on break already, but we just have to be the weird ones and have another week of school before we get off. But, the good thing is that traffic isn't as bad in the mornings. I hit nearly all green lights this morning ont he way to school.
And Saturday is going ot be a blast. We're meeting at the school at about 5 or so, and leaving around 5:30 on our way to Six Flags. So far we've got a group

Spring break is in two weeks. And it couldn't get here any faster. A few friends and I are definately going to Six Flags that first weekend. It's going to rock hardcore.
