I <3 Roller Coasters

Going to Six Flags over Georgia in the morning. Haven't been on a roller coaster in over a year. I was beginning to have withdrawals.   And Wind, we are eventually gonna go to Cedar Point AND Six Flags Great Adventure together and conquer those coasters!   BTW, Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise is so addicting.

Deathly Hallows

Such an excellent and enjoyable film. Indeed, splitting the movie into two parts was probably the best decision the directors could have made.   It's been over two years since I read the last book, but from what I remember, this movie was pretty spot on. Some parts got shorter scenes than others, but it's better than those scenes not being in the movie at all, which would have happened if the movie weren't split into two parts. The acting, for the most part, has been the best yet. Special effe

No Mayo

Mayonnaise is the worst thing ever invented.   Sour cream is disgusting too! It gets even worse when you PUT IT ON MY TACOS. Thanks for nothing, Taco Bell! *very angry*   The end.

Thus, Watashi Wa > Than: Matoran of Anger.   I need ideas for what to make Than do since he lost. Maybe I can somehow get the gender change train rolling...

Possibly My Greatest Weekend

Friday - Went to downtown Prattvile. People got lost but they weren't really lost. People got mad. We took pictures. Went to Waffle House, it was packed, went to IHOP. Within 5 minutes there was a fight. Got free drinks, Mandy is an awesome waitress.   Saturday - Worked. Met up with everyone and played football. Went to IHOP in town. Most friends left, another came. The 4 of us left decided to take pictures at local places in town. Decided to go to Troy which is a 40 minute drive (and it was 1A

The Color Red

I have never hated the color red so much in my entire life. My Xbox360 just gave me the Red Ring of Death.   Not only has this happened before, it has already happened twice. Hopefully, three times will be the last. My Xbox had been working prefectly fine for the past 10 months, so this is quite unexpected. Atleast I'm still under warranty, or else I would have been enraged.   Now I won't have my Xbox for my birthday and probably not even for Spring Break.   And on a week when I'm hardly e

I Need Your Help

So I read a letter our Senior sponsor sent out this week and it said that we have to take our Senior portraits before August 10th because of yearbook deadlines (we get our books the last week of school, instead of the following Fall.) I'll be gone August 2-8, so I'd like to take my pics before I go so I don't have to worry about them when I get back. Nevertheless, I've decided that I'm going to cut my hair to try and get the best pictures. However, I don't know how I want to cut my hair. This is

Movies

I love movies. Especially the action-y kind. So a few new trailers have been released for movies that should be entertaining for me in 2007.   The first one would be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle trailer. Now, I was never really into the whole TMNT thing, but I absolutely loved the Lost in Time (or whatever the title was) game for the SNES. I always had to be the purple one with the staff. But yeah, the trailer gave us a nice peek at what seems to be a good movie: some nice action, with a l

The Week

Yes, this week is officially being called "THE Week" by me because it is the week that both the Playstation 3 and the Nintendo Wii are going to be released. I myself don't plan on bying a PS3 anytime soon, but my local Wal-Mart had a display up, and I must say it was -very- shiney. They didn't have a Wii demo, just the little banner above the section where the games will be. I do hope to be visiting a few Gamestops in town this week to see if they have any kiosks up. I've been reading more and m

Bleach

...is about the coolest show on television right now. Big swords, wicked fight scenes, and an excellent storyline. Doesn't get much better than that.   In other news, Elebits for the Nintendo Wii is actually a pretty fun game. It's strangly addicting and the controls are very smooth. I'd buy it if it were any deeper, but alas, GameFly is just the way to go for this game.   And I had to work today. It was pretty slow up until 8:59pm. And we close at 9:00pm, people. When you see the manager wal

Only Reason

I'm posting this blog because I didn't want to go all of February without posting one.   *I'll be 18 in approximately two weeks.   *Spring Break couldn't get here any sooner.   *I love **** *******.   *I'm proud of how well the Assassin's Creed story was developed by Ubisoft.   *May 23 couldn't get here any sooner.   *My parents are going to buy me a new laptop.   *I'm going to buy an LCD HDTV soon.   *Spring play is NEXT WEEK.   *I'm super pumped for the concert.   *I don't kno

Heartattack-tastic!

Here it is, folks. My blog. Can you believe it?   Techincally, this is my first blog ever, so I'll have to get used to writing down stuff on here. I've been browsing through the blogs and it seems pretty fun. I don't have anything valuable or life-changing to put down on here yet, so hold yer horses.   Anywho, summer's started. Been out of school for about 3 weeks now, and it's been a drag. I've been trying to get this job at Bruno's, but the manager hasn't called me back yet. I guess I bette

Avatar

Avatar was a great movie. I think the word 'beautiful' best describes this colorful and lively film. Almost instantly you are drawn into the environments of Pandora as Jake Sully test-drives his avatar for the first time.   Yes, the CGI was amazing. At certain points where action sequences would pick up, you could notice the computer animation, but during dialogue scenes I was blown away. I think the part that I most noticed where the eyes of the Omatiyaca (I think that's what they're called).

Life After Death And Taxes

I got my 360 back, cuh!!   *shoots self for talkng like that*   Actually, Microsoft sent me a whole new 360. For free, mind you. Obviously they couldn't fix my old one.   Not like any of you care.   And OH! I downloaded the F.E.A.R. demo off of XboxLiveMarketplace. That.Game.Is.Freaky. I want it!!   *goes back to playing Ninety-Nine Nights and Tomb Raider*

Excitement Boils Over Like Over-cooked Spaghetti.

Don't ask where I got that title from. I love making analogies like that.   I just gave out my first full proto to a member. Kinda cool, I guess. I think he deserved it, obviously, or else he wouldn't have gotten it.   I'm ordering my Watchmen ticket right now. : D After that 3 hour movie, we're going to iHop, then to this new bowling complex in town. Supposed to be huge. Huge screens at the end of every lane.   Also, I've decide I'm going to go home every weekend until I can move out of m

Onto The Fourth

Tragedy struck at the Wa^2 household yesterday evening. While trying to setup and enjoy a lovely game of Halo 3:ODST's Firefight mode with good friend Than: Matoran of Anger, my Xbox360 began to not want to work properly. I've had problems with ODST giving me disc read errors (somewhat common among consumers who bought said game), but last night I was getting the error whenever we would try to start any game. What was already an annoying problem turned even worse when my Xbox began to freeze. I

Such Sorrow

My Xbox360 officially bit the dust today. I can't even get anything to load without getting the Red Lights of Death. I don't know what happened to it; it was so faithful to me. Many a night we sat together into the early hours of day playing the latest gaming masterpiece. Now, I will be deprived of gaming-goodness for atleast a month, as I send my love off to the Land of Microsoft so that they may take my console into their loving grasp and fix it so that we may once again play together. Oh, wha

Centipede Sisters

So I have a book report due tomorrow, and I still have to read the -entire- book. Lovely.   On another note, work called, and I'm finally scheduled to work some hours this week! After about two weeks of not working, I'm going in on Thursday from 5:30PM-9:30PM and Saturday from 11PM AM - 5PM.   Went to some Youth Leadership Conference today. Totally better than sitting in school the whole day. A few interesting people got up there and told us their stories and whatnot. I even won a $45 gift c

Love Doesn't Die

new job = money   money = cool stuff   cool stuff = black 30G iPod Video   Therefor:   This job will allow me to get a 30Gig iPod Video. I've been wanting an MP3 player for a while and when I heard Apple announced some new iPods, I was happy. I was originally going to get the 8G Nano, but that costs the same as a 30G Video. There wasn't much to think about. The video is the better buy.   Jobs are good.
