I'm considering buying one, but I have a few questions:

1) Are staff editions only for staff members?

2) Do the shirts shrink in the wash at all? Cuz if not then I'll get a 2010 one, since that's a lot closer to my size.

The '11 one is such a great shirt. Probably my favorite T-shirt at the moment, since I grew out of my Rahkshi tour ones years ago. :-P
