I went to the BIONICLE website today. I looked at the text that was scrolling from right to the left. After a while, one of the things the text said was 'PLAY THE NEW MISTIKA RACING GAME'.

 

'New'?

 

That was 3 years ago. And that's when I realised: 2008 WAS 3 YEARS AGO, ALMOST 4!

 

So, just about 3 years ago now we learnt that Mata Nui was actually a giant robot. And that Teridax took over it. And exiled Mata Nui. And a year later, Mata Nui arrived on Bara Magna. And united the Glatorian. And found another giant robot, which he then took over. And then Teridax arrived and they battled. And then Teridax got hit in the head by Bota Magna. And then he died. For good. And then Mata Nui put his spirit in the Ignika. (didn't the Ignika have its own personality in 2008 and then Mata Nui was forced into it. Now he's going in it by choice. Come on, Mata Nui, let the Ignika have its own personality!) And then the Matoran, Toa, Glatorian, Agori lived in peace. (And, in my mind, eventually went to war. And the most powerful beings then built a giant robot, restarting the process. Also, Spherus Magna shattered again.)

 

Wow.

Actually, we found out Mata-Nui was a giant robot in 2003. Re-watch 'BIONICLE: Mask of Light'.

When everyone is summoned down, a person can be clearly heard in the background saying 'He's a giant robot!'.

No. In 2003 TLG told us he was a giant robot, but no one noticed until long after

 

In 2007 (?) someone (Planetperson, I believe) actually put all the clues together and figured out the whole thing including Teridax's plan shortly before LEGO's reveal.

actually, in ended on november 24 2009, which is when b6 got the e mail. the rest was terrible. its like you know that onw of your best friends that supported you for your whole life is goign to die, and there is nothing you can do

Way to miss the point of the entry, people!

 

This entry was more about the fact that 2008 was almost 4 years ago and BIONICLE ended almost 2 years ago!

 

Also, I'm pretty sure WE DID NOT learn that Mata Nui was a giant robot at the end of 2003. Because, y'know, we didn't. No such statement from TLG exists. We learnt that at the end of 2008. Wouldn't have been such a big reveal otherwise.

Go back and watch MoL. I heard they put that in there because they though Bionicle was gonna end. No one noticed it intill last year.
