Lego Brickmaster / Customer Service Rant
Many of you know that I've had a few problems with my Lego Brickmaster Magazine for the past two issues. Here is another one which, has really got me ticked off more than ever.
I reordered my magazine so all should be good. Too bad it is far from good. They sent me the original magazine which I am not subscribed to. But wait there is more. When I called them to get that magazine the guy I called had said that I was subscribed to the normal one. He had me wait, so I though he checked out the facts and said he would ship it. Only I didn't get Brickmaster.
It doesn't end there... I also never got my set from Brickmaster which leads me to believe someone made a very fatal mistake. Why is this mistake fatal? I have my receipts and if they don't fix all of these mistakes I'm not afraid to take legal action. Although, I honestly hope that I won't have to do that because Lego is an awesome company. (Although I would never normally consider a measure such as that but with all the mistakes Lego has had, I'm past annoyed.
Tomorrow I shall call them up and try to get this sorted out. I tried earlier today but all of the Customer Service people were at a seminar to help them improve customer service. How ironic. Looks like one employee will have fun tomorrow dealing with a very upset Kohaku.
Anyway wish me luck. (And hope Lego gets this sorted out before anything bad has to happen.
