Partially because I'm nice, and partially because I want to prove that I'm not re-using old characters, I have for you images of all the currently built characters who will appear in I am Dave:

Anyhow, I still haven't found those sound files, so unless I find them soon, it may end up a comic made up of photos rather than a stop-motion animation. XP

HAL is awesome.

Really? I never knew that was your real name! But yeah, Jim is awesome.

 

Dave is meant to be a pretty weak design. In the storyline, he's a robot that was mass-produced (minus the mask).

It wasn't really obvious that that was my name. Besides the fact that it was the first three letters in my last name. :P

 

So I'm guessing Brian bought Dave, made some modifications to him, and Jim wants to steal Dave?
