Doing another library event -- July 10th, 1 pm, Willimantic Public Library, Willimantic, CT.

Also, visit info for me will be posted on the www.scholastic.com/authorvisit site soon, so that schools and public libraries in the Northeast interested in having me come speak can find out how to make it happen. :)

Yet another chance out of my grasp. I don't mind the driving (I live right over near Springfield), but weekdays don't cut it for me since I work. :(

Maybe you should come see me. :P

July 10th is my birthday and I live in Texas, so there is very, very, little chance of myself going to CT :( .

I am coming to California, Rho -- I am at San Diego Comic-Con, July 24-27, this year.

Could you PM me info please? Can you go for one day only, cost, can I hang out with you the whole time (:P), etc.?

Darn me not living in the Northeast...

Any plans for visiting big cities?

Like Chicago?

That would probably be too far.

Awesome news! That's even closer to where I live, and I don't think we're doing anything else that day. I'll be there, that's for sure. B)

PA is one of the places I told Scholastic I would be willing to go -- my Mom lives in PA, so I can stay over her house :)

Basically, for me to get somewhere that isn't driving distance, someone has to pay for the travel, lodging, etc. Scholastic isn't going to, and outside of Comic-Con, it's doubtful LEGO would, so it winds up being the people doing the inviting. It's always possible Papercutz may want to send me someplace at some point, I don't know, they haven't talked to me about it.

Pittsburgh, unfortunately, would be about a 9-hour drive for me, so unless the school/library was willing to pay for a plane ticket, not sure how I would make it there.

So MA is totally not out of the question? :P
