You're A Mouse!

Takua the Wanderer

I watched Prince Caspian today. My, is it different from the book. Still, I don't mind the differences. They make it slightly more exciting and also fit smoothly in with the book. Overall, a great movie. I love how they portray things, especially the Telmarine Uniform. :fear:

Oh, and I got Pohatu and Chirox today (sadly enough, my first Phantoka :(). They're both awesome, although neither are what I expected them to be. That goes to show that you can't be sure of a set unless you have it in your hands. :)

Chirox looks like he has a pair of guns in the pose he's in standing next to my computer. :P

I think Chirox has Av-Matoran shins.

Pohatu's neat, but yeah, I like Toa Ignika better. And my brother's getting Antroz soon. :)

Well, Caspian's forces had a good deal of defeats before the Kings and Queens got there. It fits in nicely because there's no time delay or flashbacks. :)

Eh, the only difference I liked was the bit with Jadis. All the other parts they added I thought made it worse...

DO WANT CHIROX

Yeah... it is totally unlike the book. Barely similar to it at all (the only downside, though it was a rather large one). I liked it as a movie, just not as a representation of the story. And since when in the book are the Telmarines spanish?

I agree.

Eh, the first one was different from the book, and I felt that made it better. :shrugs:

But yeah, the Jadis part was awesome. Although the castle raid was neat, too. :)

Oh, and I like their accent. It made it more realistic. Although I couldn't put my finger on what accent it was. :P

Pohatu's basically a grey Toa with orange armor and an orange mask. :P

Chirox is too tall, though. :P I reccomend Vamprah.

Yeah, but the first one's differences were minor. I remember being upset that the Beavers didn't get their Christmas presents.

Castle raid = FAIL, IMO. It was needless... and pointless... and only reinforced Peter's stupidity and Susan's bloodthirstyness, niether of which were in the books.

I think it was Spanish...

There had to be a battle that they lost, as there were some in the books, and it was kinda a driving point. And there couldn't be the same ones as in the books because there's no flashback or time delay. :)

So it's not needless, but rather necessary. :P

Squeak!

Yeah, the movie was not what I expected. Having reread the book fifty-two times in my younger days, I was a bit disappointed. The whole horn-blowing was at the wrong time, even. Castle? Wazzat? In my opinion, they should have perhaps read the book a few more times. And the portal thing at the end- was it time-space? In space to Earth and in time to the 15th century or something?

Though Reepicheep was win.

Chirox is the only one who can use Hordika legs and look decent.

They had to change some things or the movie wouldn't make sense, be interesting, or be way to long. :)

And by the way, the portal at the end might have looked a bit different, but it was otherwise exactly the same as the one in the book. :P

Lol, I went to see Prince Caspian a few days ago, I got out at about 1:00 AM. On the way home we ran over a Beaver. =D

Congrats on Pohatu and Photok. =D

You're ruining it for the very small "the rest of us!" Stop giving away unimportant things even though I've read the book!

I have Potahu. I mean Pohatu. Did that when I was little. He's awesome. But Ignika-man is still bettah.

As for Chirox, meh. I like Antroz.

Funny, the beaver is the mascot for one of the colleges here. :P

And Chirox, not Photok. :)

*Sets a cat on EW*

I like Antroz, too. But I think Chirox is cooler, although maybe not as fun to play with. :(
