I believe it's the 13th episode of Season 3. It does a lot of explaining of the nature of firebending, and shows how the Fire Nation diluted its true nature. Primus Posted June 14, 2008 I've got agree with Argy, Firebenders are the best. I think they've got the greatest potential (Azula (and others) can "bend" lightning, Iroh can shoot it from his mouth). That, and fire's just plain sweet. Earthbenders are pretty sweet, too. P Quote Link to comment

BtB That episode revealed very important story info, but it was a little boring in my opinion. As you reach Season 3 though, lots of that episode, and other Zuko flashback episodes, become important to remember. Season 3 is EPIC. However, the last 5 or 6 episodes of Season 2 are awesome too.
