Munki, Ed can change the composition his arm and leg. So the earth particles which Toph require would be moving around and changing. SO NO METALBENDING FOR TOPH. Plus, Winry only uses the best materials, it's unlikely to have any impurities left.

He can also change the ground underneath them so Toph will actually be blind. She already has trouble with sand.

And you don't get to judge 'cuz you haven't watched or read FMA. (New chapter is up BTW, Turaki)
