Away, because you can see the thigh pieces (which are black) against the back of the knee-plate thing on the Inika leg (which is… yellow? IDK, but it's lighter).

Also, look at the shadows "inside" the Inika legs. Those would only be there if we're looking from the back.

Also something I didn't mention before: I doubt LEGO would just use the Throwbot foot as a butt guard. And since it's on the opposite side of the torso, that would mean it's facing away.

(I would make this whole debate into a play or movie or something, but the title "Much Ado About Nothing" is already taken…)

Its facing away. Look at the socket joint that connects the Inika leg to the body. You can just make out the bottom of it OVER the leg. Which means that it is facing away. Don't belive me? Take an Inika Leg (or any leg for that matter) and a socket joint and put'em together. Then make it face away from you. There's my proof.

Anyways, I tink that's Mata Nui. When I first saw the head, I was like "OMG RE-USED IGNIKA" And besides, why else would they put a shillouette of a set there anyways? Promoting some seventh Glatorian or something? Not likely.
