Oh, I know plenty of people here at the university who despise anything that's not hardcore country, rap, or death metal. I constantly hear them at 2 AM when I wake to them blasting their music away.

I might have to just make a second playlist of the songs I play tomorrow, because one of my other friends was asking me what type of music I was playing as well, and my reply was "....stuff? I just sort of grab random things off the shelves."

Fo' sho! I do my entire show off of CDs, which makes it so I'm constantly moving getting new stuff for all three hours (not always the funnest) . We have the option of doing the music off of a iPod or Jack, the computer, and quite a few DJs do that, but if something goes wrong, like the song randomly stopping or if Jack crashes, there's very little they can do to recover and it usually means dead air.

The one problem with CDs is that the collection KEOL has is huuuuuge, but finding some bands is rather difficult when other DJs put the CDs back in the wrong place. And, they have an amazing vinyl collection as well.

I'll get a copy of my playlist up so you can get an idea of just what on earth I'm playing.
