It's hard for me to comprehend anyone not liking rain, seeing as I live in the big, dry desert that contains the hottest city in the US.

But the rain is nice.

During the summer, when it's warmer, I don't have a winter coat and sweatshirt on, I don't have a backpack or laptop to lug with me, and I haven't just been in school for six hours then on the bus for another hour.

Oh and when it's not up a muddy dirt road.
