Well, you're the first full one I've seen. Most of my work is used sparingly. The first one I ever saw use the six-shade kit was Maphrox: Toa of Bread through some weird random thing and an ooooooooversized custom Olmak. And this guy makes 3-D comics.

Ozuan's "Great, now I feel beaten to the punch" comment is the kind of comment that makes me work faster.

True, different people have different tastes. It's impossible to make the universal kit that everyone likes and fulfills all purposes. If that existed, surely we would all be using it by now?

The main thing about a kit is that the best type of kit is the type that is needed. Rayg, Tolkien's game sprites, Chimoru, Danska's Bionicle Builder, RZ, Onknu's MNOLG kit and Razor have their own special properties, purposes, and problems. Chimoru, for instance, is of low quality, thus it is open to adding shades, but it really is a bad idea to use for, say, games or epic comic series. Also, Danska's Bionicle Builder is possibly the most realistic kit I've seen but is also the absolute worst sprites to use in comics. And don't get me STARTED on how much I hate the fan-made "sprites" in the MNOLG kit.

The point is that there are pros and cons to each kit and people don't always judge kits equally. Say, Dlakii in the Chimoru kit, if he hates it so much why doesn't he just go and fix it like I'm doing? No one can see everything there is to a kit, there's a much deeper reason behind it not everyone can see.

Not for my kit, though. I was on vacation and the kit was the one thing I could do to save myself from GOING MAD.

Actually, I don't have a problem with it. I've recolored several six-shade sprite sheets for TMURG and "you-know-what", and only one gave me trouble.
