Well you asked for a review and since I had the time...

The layout is decent, you've made everything clear and defined but avoided using colours, which would detract from the gritty realism feel you're going for. But since you've numbered all the different segments it feels like you should have a table of contents in there somewhere. And having the species up by Character Creation would make more sense, instead of tucked away at the bottom.

The setting isn't exactly unique; mysterious place with long history of war, attempts at peace shattered by civil war. But you manage to give it your own flavour by making it a war between technology and the supernatural, with mechs and planes against near-mythical creatures.

I am being totally honest when I say I really really like the locations. They're varied and imaginative, you haven't gone down the route of Fire City, Water City etc. And giving some of them Nordic names adds a bit of mystery to Alleria. After all, you never said it was another planet, so it could be a future Earth.

Having images for the vehicles/beasts is a help.

I still think the characters should get profiles to themselves instead of a few descriptive lines, but it's your call.
