I'd go for Gelu. The colors just look awesome. Quite a sight if he's just standing on your shelf at school. Plus, the helmet, swords, and ice armor. (And white torso armor.)

Strakk's build is ingenious. But it's easier to find consistency between Gelu's parts and others.

I've always envisioned an MOC using Strakk's head as tail feathers and shoulder armor as wings on some type of bird (yes, I've seen it on a swan-type thing before, but it wasn't at all like my vision). Perhaps you could conquer that task? You've done several artistic MOCs in the past.

Gelu is an Inika clone that doesn't do the job as well as Ackar, but he has okay pieces and a recolor.

So yeah, get Strakk.

Agreed. Strakk's got the wicked Ice Troll look that's unique to him. Next to him, Gelu is cookie-cutter BIONICLE.

Gelu. Those weapons, snowflakes, helmet, and white Inika armor pad are just too much to not get. =P Besides, IMO, Gelu looks better, even if he is just an Inikamod.

Strakk, I can't even imagine what you'd do with the partssss. :3

Strakk has far more personality. I love Gelu and all, but Strakk wins.

I declare Strakk the winner of this entry. His construction and color scheme both leave Gelu in the dust (or snowdrifts), and all anyone's been able to muster in Gelu's favor is "he's cool" or some variant of that, plus his (few) unique pieces, which I can buy online.

In other words, what Bunda said.

I read this entry in dismay until I saw you made the right choice. You won't regret it.

i would say get strakk if you want better pieces and get gelu if you want a cool-looking set.
