Anticipation

Tufi Piyufi

I await the events of a week from now. Oh yes.

On another note, people who prebuild MOCs for the contests before they even get the theme are in for quite the shocker this time around. You're not gonna be able to just slap a relevant name on it this time, folks. Oh no.

Are these two things related? Maybe. Maybe not. I just needed to blog.

Just a guess, oh Mighty Empress, but are you implying that a BBC Contest shall about one week from today? If in the fact that you are, I cannot wait until it occurs, nor might any of the other BBC Fanatics.

Also, I think -Kex- needs a shot for his Tufticulous Piyufititus.

Probably not the one I'm thinking of, but that other one, I'm bettin'. Either way, it's Tufi-spawned, so I have a feeling it's gonna be good.

Darn. I was in the middle of something good, too. Oh well. If we are interpreting the Empress's words correctly, I really won't mind. :)

People shouldn't just enter a prebuilt MOC anyway, should they? It sort of ruins the 'build a MOC for the contest' idea.

But this does sound intriguing. It's been so long since the last contest, I've got about 500 million different ideas for MOCs - but knowing you (not that I do know you ) it'll probably be something fiendishly difficult.

I look forward to it regardless :D

Boo...

If it is some "special" theme then I most likely will be unable to enter my self MoC... And I only want to post it for a contest. But... Building it has gotten me back into MoCing a bit. Who knows, maybe I'll still build something.

Of course. This is all assuming if the first two paragraphs are connected. :P Thou are a tricky one.

Hmm, so 'maybe' is your word for 'yes'... Or it might not be... This may set back the 'Tufi-to English' dictionary project........ Well, I guess the next contest must be a real thriller, if you're that hyped about it.

Anticipppppppppation. Like that one? That was from my teacher. Lame, yes. Thats about all it is. We don't like him too much. Something totally out there? Darn. It's BBC 38 all over again T.T Something super-specific perhaps? Ah well. Can't wait to find out Empress, do try to contain the desire to tell us :psychotwitch:

Sounds even better. Now I'm really excited.

But the theme will also show how devious Canadian brains can be? Then I'm expecting something really great.

I might... oh, heck, Rich gave it away. Yeah, so maybe there is. ;)

None of the above, actually.

That they shouldn't. There's a reason we call them 'contests' and not 'MOC collection points'.

As for difficulty... hn. It is a somewhat trickier sort of theme, I'll admit, but the level of increased difficulty will definitely differ between people.

Is this the one we used our devious Canadian brains to scheme up?

If so. +10,000 to superwinawesome.

Also 'no', I'm afraid. Lovely though that theme is, this one's entirely different. It'll still be fun, though.

Let me guess, it's going to be something where we have to use a certian amount of peices, or it could be like BBC 35?

I will enter this one, oh yes...

Aren't all the themes "special" in one way or another: that's why they call them themes. :P

Good, I won't have to worry about modifying anything because I don't really have anything built anyway. It's mostly scraps or stuff I don't plan on modifying at this time (except for a certain one I'm planning something cool with... if it works out). ^_^

I await Friday's unveiling of a new BBC contest.

I never really considered a MoC based on a Greek god or goddess to be too special. The size restriction added a little bit of difficulty, but except for those members who like to make giant MoCs, it wasn't that much, IMO.. But I think color restrictions, like the red, white, and blue one, are special themes. Or rather, specialized. It's much harder that way.

If that doesn't make sense, then whatever. Personal taste.

Yay, your wish came true. No coal for you this year, eh, ET? :P

At first I feared this theme might be a bit too tricky for ol' Skizzy, but the construction phase is already halfway.

The fact that you seem to have a lot of green must help.
