That's a good choice.

You also can't do wrong with Mass Effect, probably my favorite game on the 360. The Halo franchise is always a good bet though you may want to hold off until the next installment as the current one is showing it's age. Otherwise you should pick up CoD4, the best of the CoD franchise and I would also recommend the Gears of War franchise.

Rock Band and Rock Band 2 are good choices, though you need the additional peripherals for those. Burnout Paradise is loads of fun and can be found on the cheap (20 bucks last I knew).

Castle Crashers, Fable II, LoTR: Conquest....all great games, not sure about ratings, though.
