Yeah, seriously. I can't believe it decided to not be freezing when it started raining -- I was soo close to getting snow in my part of the state! -.-

But I guess you're reason for not liking the relatively warm weather is relevant, too.

I'm in Oregon too, and I think it's because we had such freezing weather last week--WITH NO RAIN AND THEREFORE NO SNOW. >_>

It's not a question about the temperature, but percipitation. If it's not raining in the Pacific Northwest in the winter, then something is wrong.

(Okay, so it wasn't raining today, but it was yesterday, so close enough)
