I don't really like it particularly much either (but I'm still saying contrags to the Saints, because that was a pretty good game, and I'm sure that it's a huge boost for the city of New Orleans and the state of Louisiana....I personally think rugby is much cooler. Same with team handball. If they showed that on the sports networks, I'd totally watch that, because that sport is cool.

Wait, no. If the sports networks would actually show somewhat equal viewing time for more sports, I'd be happy. The TVs in my universities' cafeteria are almost always on a sports channel, and if they're not showing American football, they're showing basketball or a recap of football or basketball. I would be over the moon with joy if they showed more track meets on the sports channels, but save for during the Olympic Trials, the Olympics, or one of the big international meets, they rarely will show anything unless it's someone breaking a world record (and even then, it'll usually get showed in a brief clip at the end of a sports recap).

Then why should we watch the sports that h=they have in your country of origin? :P

Personally, I don't like to watch any sports for very long; maybe a bit to see some cool moves, but a whole prolonged game? It would only make sense if I were the one playing.

(so yeah, not a big sports fan)

However, do you get the sports we have? I actually would be very surprised if you got AFL or Rugby League or anything that's almost exclusively Aussie.

Yeah, I'm not an avid sports watcher either, sometimes I get really into it, though.
